Cannot use the account created
Poor app performance, cannot use the account created. It always hang up when login using PIN code.
THIS IS SCARY
I can’t access my account they said they’ve blocked my log-in email. It’s impossible to reset password especially when you are out of the country. I have 20k pesos in my savings and can’t access it.

Why is that i cant log out my account?
I downloaded it on another phone and i want to log out it on my old phone but still saying LOG IN instead of LOG OUT. Pls fix or let me know how to log out my account thank you

Para makita ang log out button, pindutin ang Account sa home page.
Ayaw ma verify
Ayaw ma-verify ang account ko, naka ilang edit at IDs na ko kahit tama naman ang last name ko same sa IDs, pero ayaw pa rin i-verify, PLEASE! Fix this problem of your app. Thanks 🙄

Pasensya na sa naging experience mo. Mangyaring i-update ang app para sa pinadaling verification. Pwede ring i-message ang detalye ng account sa facebook.com/diskarTech o sa help@diskartech.ph para masilip kung bakit hindi natutuloy ang verification. Kung nakapag-message na ay hintayin na lang ang aming reply.
