Tried updating the app as prompted but once I click open on the app store it will go on the sss website and same prompt will happen again. App doesn’t update

Waste of time

This app doesn’t work at all and with the option using OTP and authenticator app it always say”invalid” pin. I feel worse for our oldies or peeps who are not phone savvy! Why don’t you invest in a better solution or just send a one time code via email??
