Poor Customer Service Support

Multiple issues with not providing rewards and only given excuses. This issue is intermittent, if not random, so the user's transactions might update from time to time, with noticeable delays between updates. I've linked this ticket to our integration team's investigation. We have prioritized this issue based on our evaluation of the user impact and its severity. We’re currently unable to give an estimated fix date for this issue, however we will update you here once we are able to provide an ETA or once the issue is resolved — whichever comes first. Until then, please be aware that we will not be able to supply any additional information as to when this issue will be resolved. I apologize for the problems this may cause you and your users."
