Stop Charging Weeks in Advance of an Appointment
I don’t find the app useful. I also find it highly problematic that ReachLink charges as soon as you book an appointment. So if you’re going on vacation and book an appointment a month later, you’re charged as soon as you book it. This should be changed—what if I need the money for another health issue and can’t receive it in the time it takes ReachLink to issue a refund due to a timely cancellation? Highly problematic

Therapy Made Easy
We all know the struggles of trying to find the right therapist for you. I used EAP and was put in connection with a therapist at ReachLink who was luckily the right match. The set up was easy, the assessments are quick, and the customer service and communication is fantastic. I will continue to work with my new therapist past the EAP covered visits. She really listens to the core of what you’re struggling with and not just the surface level stuff. I feel so heard, seen and validated. So grateful to be able to be in connection with such a great therapist and through ReachLink!

The quality of the therapist and the website are excellent! I feel the ReachLink app is extremely easy to access and navigate. The quality of the therapy is also great.
Easy, but choppy
Ease of connection was easy and almost instantaneous, but trying to get another party in was a real challenge. Therapy often involves more than two people so I hope they work that kink out there was a link to send to another party, but the verification code would not send and it didn’t work so it was a session without a concerned party. We’re going to try again next time but ReachLink if you could have one link for everybody, that would be great. Sending someone a verification code from another number is unreliable.

Great session but trouble connecting
Went through all the connection test successfully but could not connect via a laptop, had to redo with the cell phone
Improved Greatly!
While there were some issues with the app in the beginning, my current experience with the Reachlink app has been great. I am able to use the provided features with ease and have grown quite fond with some of the features as well (with journal being my favorite). This app has now become a part of my daily routine and mental wellbeing. Thank you reachlink for these improvements and helpful features!

My experience with ReachLink has been like nothing else. The people there really care. Everyone has their shortcomings but you can tell that ReachLink values the feedback they receive and is always looking to improve. Great job!
this app is the reason i need therapy
when i went to open the app it had logged me out so i logged back in and went to look at the goals in my journal tab, it spammed me with a notification about it being unable to load the emotion calendar so my whole screen was full of notifications and i had to close the app to be able to use other features. the journal tab is now broken on mine.

Nothing works
This app is a piece of garbage. I have been complaining about it since they came out with it. Nothing on this app works. Some things are only accessible through this piece of garbage app that nobody seems to be able to get to work correctly. I am stressed out beyond belief and have to do my appointment tomorrow on my fossilized computer from 2013 that can barely load a webpage because this app is such a piece of garbage. My phone and the software are the most up-to-date. I’m getting a network error after initially signing in and accepting to reload the app because there was an update. And of course there’s no tech-support because nobody knows why this app is such a piece of garbage other than it is a piece of garbage.

Nothing works
I have been seeing my therapist since december 2024. This app is a piece of garbage. Nothing loads correctly and they use AI to auto fill the journal so your thoughts feelings and experiences are not valid. This is really disappointing from a therapy app to put words into people’s mouths to make our voices invalidated because of AI. I now have to change therapist after working with the same one for months because this app will not let me schedule an appointment, even though it has been authorized through the work program I have. Such a horrible app.

This app is trash for so many reasons. They auto fill the journal entry with garbage and make it impossible to just type in an entry. I copied and pasted to get around the funkiness and it added all kinds of weird symbols. Lovely. I can’t complete the survey that my provider sent me. The enter button is missing near the end of the questioning. There is always some issue with the audio or video when we are on a call. Terrible app. I love my provider but this app is absolute garbage king of the trash kingdom of trash city.

Had my first appointment with this terrible app. It was much better on the website. There is no video it’s just a blank black screen. The person I had the appointment with could see me, but I could not see them at all just darkness.
