First appt went great
Due to the exceedingly personal nature of the subject matter, I can’t go into specifics however I went in very skeptical. I’m giving five stars because the app has been extremely well put together and I think I have a good match which shows me they do have quality control.

My counselor is wonderful. She listens and understands me. She is helping me to strategize and overcome past trauma that I buried and didn’t deal with.

Stop Charging Weeks in Advance of an Appointment
I don’t find the app useful. I also find it highly problematic that ReachLink charges as soon as you book an appointment. So if you’re going on vacation and book an appointment a month later, you’re charged as soon as you book it. This should be changed—what if I need the money for another health issue and can’t receive it in the time it takes ReachLink to issue a refund due to a timely cancellation? Highly problematic
