Won’t clear notifications
After I read the messages it won’t clear the notifications. I constantly have to check the app to make sure I don’t have a new message come through.
After update
After the update I can’t check messages because the prompt is not acknowledging the numbers I press to hear messages! What’s going on?
Random Texts
I keep getting other people’s text notifications with their phone numbers and text messages. They are not from my company, or in my contacts. They do not show up in the app history, only on my phone home page as a notification. What in the world!? I looked up the phone number on Google, and see that it’s from a company in a different city that has nothing to do with my company.

Calls Discomnect
The calls drop on patients. Not able to stay on phone with clients on this app. Unable to fix the situation. Very inconvenient.
Update complications
After the last update 3 days ago I’ve been having a lot of issues transferring calls. I get a transfer failed message and my client gets hung up on by the app.
Before this update I had no issue with the app, but it is a bit of an inconvenience and usually I wouldn’t post here but I have no other way to reach out to the developers.
