Subpar, like the city itself

I do like the existence of this app for ease of submitting issues. But the app is so underwhelming. First, it is far inferior to the previous app provided by PublicStuff. You know, the one that randomly stopped working one day with no advanced notice from the city and was then finally replaced months later with this. This new app constantly logs me out and constantly has errors which prevent submitting new tickets. The biggest problem is the lack of transparency once submitted. The city frequently misses SLAs. The managers, I’m assuming, of whatever department these various requests get assigned to are too lazy to write a few word response with the outcome. Was the ticket closed with no action? Was it closed because someone actually did their job and completed the request? I guess you gotta go look at the original reported issue in-person to figure that out. This app is overall as lame as the city itself. Honestly someone should submit a RTK to look into the selection process, cost difference, and parties who were involved in deciding to switch to this app.

0 stars

0 stars. This app gets the same amount of stars the city gets. “Oh let’s create something and then not maintain it!” …that is the mentality of the city in a nutshell. The city is a joke, the app is a joke and the irony is none of it is funny.

No submission

It will not allow me to submit anything. Keeps failing

Horrible app

Worst app ever. Never works never
