Expensive waste
Used to cost 30 coins per chapter, then it went up to 50, as of yesterday it cost 99 coins for 1 chapter!!! I can’t even read one free chapter a day now

I’m already in $50 for one book. There is no way to book mark. On chapter 90 and need to finger scroll back every time!!

I don’t know about anyone else and if they have this issue but I tied to buy 500 coins which is 4.99 and it gets canceled and I get a notification saying that it was “42 dollars and something else and it still took 5 dollars and 37 cents.

Cost too much to get through one book I got through one book and I’ve already purchased three times. Would be great if it wasn’t so expensive.
Lack of opportunities to read
There’s a huge lack of conversion from points to bonus. Says over 300 and they will convert however only 100 will convert at a time meaning I have more points than I can use and a lack of bonus to actually read. Big waste of time.
Robbery!
There are some decent stories I’d like to continue reading but the points and bonus and coins are ridiculous! It’s costs a fortune to read an entire story. I have spent over $40 on coins and have only completed 20-25% of the story. Do yourself a favor and save your money and time. None of these are that good for all the effort and money required on these reading apps!

So expensive! They broke down book so many chapters, like over 400! So to read a book will cost u a crazy amount money!

Great story but I bought several chapters then a subscription and I was in the 125 chapter and stopped won’t let me read and then takes me back to chapter 7 or 19 and wants me to start over paying what do I do

I’m not sure if I’m doing something wrong but waiting to collect enough to read this story is discouraging. The story is great but waiting three days for one chapter is ludicrous and monotonous!
Poor customer service
So I am deeply disappointed with these apps when it comes to customer service. Especially ReadNovels, I purchased a large coin package when I was on vacation in the beginning of September. For some reason the payment didn’t go through until the end of September so essentially a 2 to 3 week processing time. In the meantime while I was waiting for the coins ,I explored ways to read some of these books for free on other apps. Because I couldn’t keep paying when I know one or two of the apps had to deposit coins in my account. Fast forward into October the coins still didn’t post so I requested a refund because I already read 3 of the 5 books for free. They said they couldn’t complete the refund because the payment posted even when my screenshots for my bank said they posted. Then they came back and put the incorrect amount of coins on my account and said they couldn’t provide a refund. It took them 3 days to say they wouldn’t refund my money although the error was on them. Do not waste your money on these apps. Google the book title and there’s free links and apps that u can enjoy these cute novels on. I wish i discovered this method months ago because it would’ve said me tons of money and arguments.

Don’t Bother
This app’s ridiculous. Had 114 bonus coins from this mornings check in/watching ads. Read ONE chapter worth 30 coins. And now somehow I don’t have any coins. This isn’t the first time it’s happened. I’m NOT happy. And to top it off if you want to talk to anyone about issues you HAVE to download WhatsApp. Like no. I would love to get the $36 I spent on coins/bonus points back. Such a waste of money when you DON’T get what you pay for 😡

Good app
Good app with a fab selection of books, however more opportunity to earned coins or perhaps be able to unlock chapters with adverts would be a great addition. Or give the option of spending point on coins etc. Maybe introduce special offers once in a while like purchasing a pass to read for a day, not everyone can afford to get membership or buy the larger coin packs.

This is most definitely a scam. They lure you in with a free sample. Then insert micro transactions and lie about what you are receiving. So I say use them like they used us. Read the free sample to see if you like it. Then buy the book elsewhere.

Do not download this app! They take your money then lock all the chapters again when you close the app & want you to pay to unlock again. No customer support, just adds you to a group on WhatsApp to ask others for help. Ridiculous!
Too expensive
I got really into my book but I had to keep purchasing coins to read each chapter. I have spent over $100 and I’m only half through the book. I wish I could finish this book but this is too expensive. I’d rather pay for the book for $50 or have a monthly payment. This is ridiculous. Don’t get sucked into book unless you are willing to pay over $200 for the book.

But this app. Unlike every one of the others. Is a SCAM!!!! It’s a huge money grab. You get a few measly points everyday but to unlock chapters you have to get your streak for the whole week just to read one!
You get these tickets that transfer to coins over time. But it’s a looooong wait and it doesn’t give you much. There’s no way to win with this app.
They designed it so you HAVE to spend Money and lots of it. Unless you’re already hooked on a book DO NOT GET THIS APP. ITS NOT WORTH IT.
