App keeps on crashing
Successfully connected the device but the app keeps on crashing afterwards…
Great job and easy set up
This was purchased at winners and I have 3 Cats and a dog so cleaning floors need to be easy for me as I have a very bad leg. Easy set up made things seamless and after downloading app, and setting up cleaning options, it was able to clean for hours without interference. I came home to clean floors!!! The difference is amazing! I have used many many robots in the past and this one was quiet, successful and fun to watch! The app is easy and you can watch the robot clean from the map outside the home. Highly recommended!

App Crashing
Paired fine with the ReadyClean A3, but if the robot is not currently out cleaning the app will crash every time I try to open it. If the robot is out cleaning and you try to access the full menu it also crashes the app. This makes it almost unusable since you cannot schedule cleanings or access any settings.

Can’t even create an account to sign in to see if I have the same problems as everyone else. Won’t accept any password I try to set.
App crashes after latest IOS update
Since at least 17.3.1 came out any time i try to access my A3, I get a “system exception “ error. My phone calls get the same “We are aware and working to resolve it “
System exception error
I have 2 robots and now I got system exception error can’t control robot or edit the map. Called support, they told me the robots are bad need to replace them, because of the app? Don’t understand
Terrible App
This app is a complete letdown. It constantly fails to connect to the robot mop, and error messages are its favorite response. The functionality is a nightmare – it ruins cleaning and ignores commands. It behaves unpredictably, with frequent glitches. It feels like a rushed, half-baked product (This App, not the robot). You need to fix this app ASAP. Awful

All I get now when accessing 2 of these in the app is system exception. Help!!!
Password verification codes not sent
Been working with call in support all day to get me access to my Readyclean app. When you select Forgot Password, verification codes are not sent, even though it says successful. Three attempts to reset my password failed.
