Not happy
New customer, was supposed to get my 1st delivery today and for some reason they changed my delivery date to next week. So, not to thrilled about the delivery service. Also, customer service reps like to disconnect the chat with you mid stream and then when you talk to a real person they have no idea what’s going on.

Its delivery charges is too much and in the store we get for $10 we are pay more than $15

Inconsistent bad service
Company routinely changes, skips, and reschedules deliveries without confirming with customer. We are cancelling service after having them not show up multiple times regardless of scheduled delivery dates and times, add items to the order that were not requested, charge separately for unrequested items, and generally just do whatever they feel like doing. I honestly don’t know how they are still in business. I’ll go and pick my water up myself from now on. Cheaper and I can make sure that I’m getting what I need when I need it, not whenever and whatever they feel like.
