Worst Service Ever

They deserve minus stars. Delivery left outside my garage in hot sun despite having instructions to leave in garage with code given. Second time it happened. Contacted to cx service and defer billing. No human response, just billed credit card. Find another company if you want water delivery.

I’m really getting tired of this

I asked for a delivery at once every three months I live alone and don’t drink much water . I got Water last month. I talked to someone. They said it was canceled. I’ve gotten two emails. It said it was canceled and now I have to cancel it myself.

Why would you nickname me ms scary! Absolutely unacceptable! Please cancel this immediately! I would like a refund! You tricked me into accepting this service without letting me know it was going to cost me $60! For what? So can show up unannounced? I wasn’t home so you just dumped whatever on my front porch? So what do I do from here? Very unacceptable! Please have the owner contact me! ASAP
