Driver issues
The delivery driver has ignored my instructions several times and has left water I did not want. Last time, I put out one empty bottle in for some reason he delivered two full ones. I now have a nearly full bottle in my cooler +3 full bottles.
Hard To Open
I have an issue with my thumb and need to have someone come over to change out the bottles.for me. It is hard for me to unwind the seal. Love the water but there needs to be a better option for disabled persons.
Disappointed with the service
I rented the equipment that I never received and they keep on rescheduling my delivery for the water dispenser.
High Prices
The pricing keeps going up. The temporary fuel charge has now become a delivery charge and there is a tip built into the bill. There is no advantage to get home delivery except they deliver. Price should be the same as in the stores as you are paying a delivery charge charge
Skip delivery
There are no delivery days available thru December! I need to pause deliveries for at least 2 months but there is no deliveries available to choose! I don’t want to cancel but I am going to be gone for 2 months !
