Features not included so bad when the flame is too high you cannot make it low just use for power On and OFF
Awful app
Don't even waste your time: awful app only turned on the fireplace once then hasn't done it since. Everyone I know has had the same issue. Fix your app.
Most useless app and instructions ever
Have tried numerous times to connect my fireplace using this app, following the instructions provided in the user manual and whilst I can connect to the heater access point, the app then fails to find any heater. Realflame may as well scrap the wifi functionality in their heater as all that can be done is control via the usual RF remote.

Very basic app, unreliable
Unreliable app, should integrate into a smart home ecosystem
Requires a total re-design
This app is almost dangerous to use because it doesn’t simply and clearly indicate the current state of the fireplace. Configuration was quite complex and the details not made visible in the settings. I’m not convinced it is secure. Operations cannot be scheduled or automated at all (eg turn on if temp falls below X degrees), nor does the system appear to integrate with any home automation (eg HomeKit).
