App is useless now
All of the stores in montreal have decided to remove online ordering, rendering their own app obsolete. All the points I have are now meaningless. When I scroll down the stores on the app to order, they all say “no ordering or delivery at this store”

Pretty sure it’s broken
Originally I didn’t like the app because, for some reason, it always defaulted to don mills, not the closest or most frequently used places.
But now I dont like it because the businesses near me no longer use this app and say they don’t use mobile payment. So I can’t order from them.

Love the shop - no Apple Pay on app
Wish it had Apple Pay. Other than that it’s a decent app.
QR scanning doesn’t work!
I’ve never been able to collect points by scanning the QR code at the ordering terminal. I’ve tried at two different locations and it never works. The app is useless without the functionality of the QR code.

Great drinks but horrible app
First few times I went and scanned my QR code thru the app it went thru and I got my points but the last few times I didn’t get my points?
Worst app ever!
I used to use this app all the time and it was perfectly fine until it wasn’t. Now every time I try to place my order and pay with my card it won’t let me.
Payments need to be updated
I’m unable to put my visa debit into the app because it’s not a credit card even though the visa debit is for anything online it does not accept it.
Just need one thing
Please add apple wallet support for rewards card with scannable QR code! I shouldn’t have to open the app if I’m at the store!
terrible app
Doesn’t accept valid card info and can’t even pay using Apple Pay. Too many bugs.
Cannot Add Payment
Just within the last couple months I all of a sudden can no longer use my saved credit cards (both not expired, work for everything else). When I tried to delete and re-add the cards it just tells me that it isn't a valid credit card and I'm unable to register it. I'm no longer able to order ahead and therefore barely go anymore, it's very annoying. There's also no in app help, I've sent emails before and never received a response. Very poor customer service and the app is pointless for me now seeing as I can't order from it.
