A smooth apartment search with exceptional support, I highly recommend!
I have been using this app many times and while one free night stay for every 10 minutes of the hotel that are average together and dollar amount is pretty good, what isn't good is how whatever you book can be changed through the system into sometime completely not what you're looking for. Unfortunately you don't find this out until you arrive and can't cancel. For instance I asked for a non smoking one king bed and book that but yet can only get a double queen or double bed room only. Or you order your room the way you think it should be and for some reason their system tells the hotel that you want an accessible room for someone, Got lots of problem when it comes to what you want and what the system tells the hotel you asked for. Instead of you using this this app when you wanna book for an apartment I'll advise you to reach out to frank on his gmail at " Frankrealestate247@ gmail com" he gives the best apartment! Make sure you're getting what you asked for and always make sure that you have a way to cancel your reservation my latest experience with this app has proven to be very extremely disappointing. "Suggested" missing!
Ok one more issue for the most frequently updated app on the planet to the latest ios liquid glass design.
Can anyone tell me where the "suggested for you" properties may be hiding on the front page? We have my searches, recently viewed, videos that are already running that are competing for attention. There is news, there are guides but not the properties suggested for you. Nowhere to be seen. And is there some way to stop showing me the homes I already have starred and the properties already viewed but not interested in, orobably they are rented or require too much work.

One star for the bright spark not, that decided in the last update to move the placement of my collections list. Press on collections and instead of the large squares on my ipad listing vertically, I now find these tiny thumbnail pictures running horizontally across the top of the page, followed by heaps of other stuff. I like and want the clearer outlay of previous versions, not this jumbled mess. You are not helping your users by constantly changing the app features.

LAWS DONT SEEM TO MATTER
Agents RARELY follow the laws in Victoria and this site is a HUGE part of the problem.
The first 10 listings today had no address and no certificate. One had pictures from another country.
None of this is allowed in Victoria but you let them do it.
You’ve removed the option to flag it or report it.

Agents not listing correctly
This is a great app, but you need to monitor what agents are listing their properties as. There are now so many apartments and townhouses being listed as ‘houses’ which is really frustrating. Obviously it’s just to get their properties more seen. There needs to be better monitoring on this. Otherwise I’d give 5 stars.

Need new filter to remove short stay investment
Can you add to your listing the ability to filter out all the short stay type listing, that is not suitable for owner occupier?
No open house filter
Pretty good app but not having a search function to only show open houses is pretty terrible for a real estate app.
Pretty handy and easy to use
The app is pretty easy to navigate. Wouldn’t mind seeing a counter on the property adds to say how many people have checked the property out.
Easy to lose saved searches, No option to report a listing
It looks like using the saved searches toggle next to search removes all of your saved searches?? How else are you meant to find your saved searches in this app?Also unlike Domain, there is no option to report an inaccurate or misleading listing that is wasting everyone’s time

App not showing all inspection timing to plan my day. So frustrating.
Unless I’ve added a property’s inspection time to my calendar,
I’m not able to see which property is open at what time in the daily inspection section in App.

Was good. Until the last update
Never had any issues, until recently. The app is so slow and lagging. No other app I have appears to have any problems. Perhaps it’s more advertising on the app. I have noticed that.
Why so light on features?
Definitely easier to use the app on small-footprint devices (phone, iPad mini etc) but some key features are missing: inspection times view and saved search management seem to be available only on the website. But otherwise it’s a good app.

Why is there unrelated news in my app?
I don’t want to read about Karl Stephanovic or Elon Musk when I’m trying to browse properties. It’s not even property related news??
Bad update
The saved notes have been erased and when you try to save something and come back later still nothing in notes
Good App BUT without a critical tab
I have been generally happy with this app. I’ve used it to sell and buy houses. It is good to see that they found a work around some issues with the app after an update
