Good app but causes phone to overheat
The app itself is fine for property searching, but when I browse it causes my phone to rapidly overheat. Not sure if there’s something strange in the backend of the app that’s causing this, but it overheats faster and worse than playing intensive games. It also eventually stutters and becomes too laggy to use. Phone cools back down when I close the app.

Amazing app
Stories? On a realestate app? Awful unintended UX with sound and lost UI realestate.
I’ve loved the design of the app for years but this recent (I think) change to TikTokify the app means it’s hijacking the audio if you’re listening to anything else. Constant interruption of music/podcasts when switching to search for properties. And I’d be curious to know why short video equivalents are even in the app? Realestate isn’t a social media platform. I’d be surprised that even if people were engaged on these videos that that engagement would lead to any meaningful key events.

App crashing
App has been crashing a lot lately. Have had to use Domain.
Almost as good as Domain
I’d give this app 5 stars if it had the feature that Domain has had for years, the ability to share/collaborate on saved properties. Otherwise, it’s great.
Autoplay videos stop music
Who designed this app so you can’t listen to music while searching properties because the stupid app autoplays videos? Who is watching real estate agent vlogs on the real estate app????

AI prompt cuts out media
The AI prompt sitting on the homepage of the app now immediately turns off music being played in the background. Your app now stops people being able to multitask or enjoy music that runs a separate process using speakers for example in the background.
Would excellent if app stopped crashing
I have been using the app for quite some time and overall it has been fairly good. It has various features that help finding that next property which suit my needs. It does take some time to get used to the different functions of the app to get the most out of it and to make sure you are finding all of the properties within your parameters. Just recently though the app crashes (app closes) each time I change the area I want to search (on a pre-saved search), which is frustrating. One other thing that needs to be improved: sometimes I’ll get a notification, but if I don’t click on the notification and just go into the app and click on the notification section that particular notification won’t generally be there. There seems to be a lag between the two. Realestate.com need to fix these issues for it to get 5 stars.

Autoplay videos are abominable

A smooth apartment search with exceptional support, I highly recommend!
I have been using this app many times and while one free night stay for every 10 minutes of the hotel that are average together and dollar amount is pretty good, what isn't good is how whatever you book can be changed through the system into sometime completely not what you're looking for. Unfortunately you don't find this out until you arrive and can't cancel. For instance I asked for a non smoking one king bed and book that but yet can only get a double queen or double bed room only. Or you order your room the way you think it should be and for some reason their system tells the hotel that you want an accessible room for someone, Got lots of problem when it comes to what you want and what the system tells the hotel you asked for. Instead of you using this this app when you wanna book for an apartment I'll advise you to reach out to frank on his gmail at " Frankrealestate247@ gmail com" he gives the best apartment! Make sure you're getting what you asked for and always make sure that you have a way to cancel your reservation my latest experience with this app has proven to be very extremely disappointing. New update sucks
Did latest update, got signed out and now have to sign back in to use and access my profile and now comes up with a warning saying it wants to use some app id thing to sign in and that it warns that the website will share your information etc however it seems and that is not cool. Not using anymore going to domain app

Not sure what the latest update has done but when I view homes the app freezes and has to be closed. Mostly when trying to view floor plans

The latest update today looks horrible. Personal profiles don’t show as much as it previously did. Need to change it back.
