good app, no price
I’ve used REALITi many times and it’s a great app for realistic CPR simulation. Unfortunately there is no price indicated so I assume it’s way too expensive for a small remote clinic to access.
The most dynamic readily available sim for EMS ed
Our accredited paramedic program utilizes multiple monitor units coupled with 3B Scientific mannequins. You need to learn how to run them, and yeah you’ve gotta pay for the service, but once you’ve got it down it’s an absolute asset for initial paramedic education and ongoing agency training. Tech support has always been helpful and they’re obviously always working to improve their product.

Great Sim software but only for enterprise
Ive been writing up sims and while I was excited to download and test these on my MacBook connected to my iPad Pro before uploading them to the isumulate community or to our work iSimulate pro system, I get the impression you need a license to make this ecosystem work. To the developer, is there a way that individuals like myself can connect the control and 2 monitors (one for patient monitor one for vent for example) to test scenarios, or use these to help with tutoring without spending a huge amount on linked iPads - seems a shame to be able to download such comprehensive software with out such an option.

Terrible
App only connects with 2 iPads for a minute and then stops working.
Would be good if it actually worked right
You can’t go more than five minutes without the rhythm crashing into asystole.
Asystole bug
Can’t seem to get it to work past 5 minutes, vitals will deteriorate and eventually ECG goes into asystole with all readings nil.
Everybody dies
After about two minutes the heart rate drops, spo2 drops, pt dies. It doesn’t matter what is programmed.
Kaufoption
Wo & Wie kann man die App als Vollversion kaufen ohne weiteres Paket kaufen zu müssen, weil die Hardware schon vorhanden ist.

Bought this to work in medical education, paid for the additional screen and half the modes on the Hamilton Vent don’t work. Sent numerous emails regarding the problems and keep getting told it will be fixed but it never does. The developers must work for the government, sick of the lies, if you’re not going to fix it then don’t.

Poor support in Australia.
App is good but the support in Australia the worst. Emailed and phoned and in the end the Device company said they *did not know what to do*. This went on for months and could not use the app. Took it to a friend with some experience on iPads and the App and they fixed the issue in a hour.

Would be great if it worked
Amazing compatibility with different types of equipment. Would be amazing in a learning environment and student development… if it worked and didn’t constantly send the patient into a asystolic rhythm… not sure whether there is specific knowledge that should be know prior to using this app, but is not as user friendly as it is trying to be… good potential though.

The sim keeps disconnecting without notice and monitor goes into astole

Eigentlich eine tolle App...
...jedoch springt der Monitor nach wenigen Minuten in eine Asystolie und es lassen sich keine EKG Parameter mehr verstellen. Daher ab diesem Moment unbrauchbar.
