Amazing platform, worst app in the entire industry
App is lackluster
We have been using this site for fantasy purposes over the last 4-5 years. The site is probably a 4 out of 5 but the app is definitely a 1 out of 5. It’s time to put some equity behind the company and get this updated. It’s been 2+ years since any improvements have been made.
Horrible
App used to work but for the past year now only shows a white screen. Even when it worked the app leaves a lot to be desired.
Very subpar
I have made numerous suggestions on UI/UX improvements. Not sure why RSO doesn’t invest on a new uplift to the mobile and website. This would attract new customers and the ROI would be quick.
App won’t even load
Downloaded the app and created an account by on the actual website. I log in on the app and get a blank white screen. No change no matter how much time goes by. I close the app and I get the RSO log in screen but with the endless loading circle. Delete the app and redownload and I can now log back in. Only for the process to start all over again. I’ve heard good things about this site and I’ve experienced none of it. Disappointing.
