Worst thing I ever bought
If you are reading this, do not fall for this chinese scam! I repeat these guys make the worst massage chairs on the planet.
Why all the personal info?
There is absolutely no reason why my massage chair needs my personal info in order to use the controls. The only reason to collect this info is so that they can use it for spam emails.

PS6500 not connecting via Bluetooth
Followed directions as provided and the app does not detect the PS6500 chair automatically nor when adding manually. My Bluetooth shows it’s connected but the app doesn’t.

This app never allows you to sign in, and it’s not that I’ve forgotten a user name or password it literally glitches and will not let you sign in one day it’s up and working fine and the next day it won’t work at all and it’s down for months at a time and then bam it’s back up and lets me sign in again no rhyme or reason. I love the functionality of the app when it works but it’s literally only works 15% of the time so it’s not worth having

Great app!
Don’t know why people are ditzing this app. If you take the time to learn how it works it’s great. It will give you much greater and easier control of your chair when in manual mode. You can select head, neck, shoulders, back, waist, and hips independently and choose massage type for the area, tap, knock, knead , shiatsu. You can control intensity etc. don’t be lazy, take the time to learn your chair and the app that makes it work, together they create a wonderful massage!
I found the rollers pushed too hard on my back and could not turn it down enough so I put a 24x17 memory foam bath mat from Costco in the lower part of the backrest, problem solved!

Apparently does not work and never did on my ps 6500 so don’t bother and support has no idea how to fix the issue.
Fix for app crash
If you are having login issues like I was where it doesn’t recognize you, what I did was delete the app and when I reinstalled, at the login screen check the box agreeing to the terms and click the apple button at the bottom if you have an iPhone to log in that way. Now it’s working fine. I had set up the account before with yahoo and Gmail and it did not work. Apple login fixed it for me. I can’t do without my chair!

Login regularly fails
I like the massage chair, but the app is terrible. Every so often it will refuse to log me in. When I try to login, it will say my email does not exist in the system. So I try to create a new account, and it says that email already exists. It continues in a frustrating, useless circle like this. I have to delete the app and re-download it. That frustrating process of deleting the app and then re-downloading it and logging in again used to work, but it doesn’t work any longer. I now have to create a new email address and a new account every time it fails to log me in because it won’t recognize my email address, but it also won’t let me create a new account because it says my email already exists in the system. It’s maddening. I’ve never encountered an app that is this bad.

Unable to log in after a moth
Worth great in the first month but it logged me out all of a sudden. Unable to log back in. I tried forgetting password, creating a new account but still did not work. Keeps saying verification code is invalid. The built in controller works though but the app was better and easier to use and understand

This app never work. Terrible. Don’t get this chair if you fit not want to strewing their app.
Worthless
It works, then it doesn’t. Then it continues to not work. It wants you to register, but makes it impossible. Complete trash. I regret buying this chair because the app is the only way to access some features.

Doesn’t work with app anymore
For a while the app worked well, but for months now only a few features still work from app. I can add time once. I start with the attached controller, turn off and just a couple of functions, but most of the app does nothing. Wish they would fix the app. Love the chair otherwise.

You’ll download the app, it’ll work then like others say, it’ll boot you out and you’ll never be able to get back in. You can’t use the “reset the password” feature because it says your email doesn’t exist.
If the screen on the chair had the same features and functionality as the app, that would be great. But it doesn’t..

DO NOT EVEN BOTHER! I ABSOLUTELY HATE THE APP. WASTE OF MONEY AND TIME. NO ONE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE KNOWS THEY'RE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE OR THAT CUSTOMERS EXIST.
