Not optimized for mobile use
The app is not optimized for mobile devices, forms close midway through use, some of the menus won’t let you scroll all the way down so you can see what your typing in the bottom boxes, and I’ve sent emails through the app that where never received. The UX design is poorly done in my opinion.

I wish they used the Announcements tab more, it will make it easy to announce things.

Doesn’t even do the simplest of things
The very simplest thing it can do is remember my password and email. Even with it toggles to do so, it doesn’t . After that, it apparently doesn’t allow the manager to update the status of a repair. For example, we had a ticket open about our plugged kitchen sink. The repair person came in while we were out. If they hadn’t moved something on my counter we wouldn’t have known that someone was in. Why not build in a way to update the ticket, letting tenants know a) someone was in the apartment and b) what was done and finally c) is the issue resolved or not?

The colour scheme needs work, I didn’t even see some questions on a request until I got an error at submission because they just blended in to the background, a bit of contrast on the forms would be helpful

Maintenance request
Worked very well.
App is very basic and doesn’t meet todays standards
The app is ok but reporting is very basic. We were asked to record a video of the issue but there’s no way to upload the video against the maintenance request and there’s no ability for a back and forth dialog on the issue or an ability to see any feedback or allow us to close requests once the work has been completed and we have had the chance to verify that the work has been completed and the problem fixed. A true ‘service’ app would allow for this and there are plenty of options off the shelf that could be used in place of this very basic form.
