Digital saturation that doesn’t “sound digital”

I’m about as bored as I could be with glitch-based digital distortion and saturation that seems to rely solely on spiking the signal, filling the room with noisy pops. Although I don’t necessarily need my digital gear to sound like analog gear, I do like smoothness and musicality sometimes. This app delivers sweet overdrive and saturation without putting the whole sound spectrum through a cheese grater, adding depth without destroying harmonic character. So nice! I haven’t plugged a guitar into it yet, but it sounds awesome on synths and samples. Versatile enough to make just about anything sound better, it has a place in almost every mix now. Almost as indispensable as a compressor!

Unbelievably amazing tone. I wanted a simple and great guitar tone without all the millions of options and effects from other apps. Plugged in and played for hours because I couldn’t get over how good it sounded.

Another Klevgrand, another hit

Literally just bought several overdrive apps yesterday searching for an AU guitar solution that didn't sound crappy. I came away unhappy. Then today, Klevgrand releases another top quality app that fits my needs for an overdriven DI guitar perfectly, and then is capable of doing even more. I don't know what's gotten into them since Brusfri, but the professional quality of their apps has jumped through the roof...they're all must-buys.
