REBAG IS A SCAM !! BEWARE DO NO SELL ITEMS WITH THEM , NEITHER BUY !!
I had so many issues I don’t know where to start …..
I bought a bag Chanel for 4000$ with a trade it was listed as “GREAT ” condition and it arrived smelly like mold and the leather dry wrinkly like if it was wet so I was furious and I had to RETUN it and it was a struggle I had to wait for a fed ex label and then wait 3 weeks for a refund and I was charged 100$ RETUN fees because I am not a member !!…..
Then since I payed with a trade they refused to give me the money of the trade and instead blocked the money in my wallet as a credit
So basically forcing me to use it at REBAG ! I was furious and asked to get my trade bags back and they refused .
Also I sold a bag with them and I tried to cash the money about 20 times and the customer service tells me “we have a problem in the system sorry it doesn’t work try tomorrow “……
I tried every days and it doesn’t work again they force me to use the money on their website !! Since I can trash it on my bank account I believe they don’t even have cash money this is why they pretend to have system issues it’s a lie !!
Also I bought another CHANEL bag it was lost by fed ex delivered at the wrong adress and REBAG has refused to open a claim to Fed ex so I have lost 5000$ ! I have no bag and no refund
I suggest you run away from this website
I believe they are scammers and the customer service is terrible they don’t care they email excuses and never help
Meanwhile it’s impossible to reach them by phone
Also I have questions mark about the authenticity of some items there I will have my items sent to appraisal
I never received my certificate for my Hermes Birkin and when I went to Hermes my SA had doubts about the authenticity so this has to be checked !!

Customer service is is non existent, they’re process time for everything is extremely long. As a seller i Will NEVER EVER use this company again to buy or sell. Fashionphile is better. Beware !!!
Cartier watch
Loveeeeeee the customer service I received and my new/used Cartier watch…. The whole transaction was seamless. Customer service is great

I sent them a brand new bag with seal and tags but they refused to sell it without any notice. They sent it back to me damaged, missing all tags and seals, scratches everywhere and didn't even bother to put my item in a bag while my bag is white. I'm not even sure if they switched my bag. Irresponsible and a total scam. Be careful with them.

App doesn’t let me log in from Facebook
I made my Rebag account from my Facebook account, but the app keeps bugging out when I try to log in from my Facebook account. It says “we ran into an error when trying to log you in through Facebook, please try again later.” I just un-installed the app. It is useless to me. I’ll continue to use Rebag by mobile website only since that’s the only way I can log into my account :( please fix this

search is completely broken
Filters and searches don’t work on this app. Not sure what’s gone wrong, but it’s impossible to actually shop on this app. Filtering to tote bags still gets a page of all shoes. Crazy.
Used to love
I really used to love rebag but the app is nearly broken. The filters don’t work and you are left feeling annoyed and not in the mood to shop.
Garbage app
This app is almost buggier than their website. Which is absolutely horrendous to use on mobile. No excuse for this in 2025.
FB login does not work
Terrible website and app; Facebook login doesn’t work and they have my R+ membership money with no resolution in sight. Don’t bother shopping with them until they fix the user experience.

Seriously, where is the size selection for shoes? You gotta scroll through all sizes because the app does not have that option to filter different sizes. It’s so ridiculous

I’m on day 14 of not receiving the money for my designer bag I brought into the store by hand. And they keep giving me the runaround. I would not trust them with your things
Can’t login with facebook id
This is one of the worst app I used. I created an account with facebook ID, since then I just couldn’t login anymore. It uses privaterelay id and email which completely not working

Pay very fair prices for almost new items. I've had nothing but good experiences with them and only one time they returned an item but it was worn quite a bit.

as a consigner and Seller, this is the easiest app I’ve ever used with "Claire". Sometimes you get an instant offer other times you get an offer within 2 to 3 days. Their price point is always acceptable and fair. I have tried other apps, by far REBAG is superior.
Items are authentic but details over looked
I’ve ordered several times from Rebag and the couple times out of the hand full have been unsatisfactory to say the least. I got a wallet that the slips were falling apart from the insides, and a belt that was ordered as a 100 and I get a 90. Trying to figure out what happened I get put in the run around and told I don’t get my right item I have to return it and reorder it and see what happens. But most of their post for their belts aren’t even sized correctly 100s have 80 115 has a 95 on it

Bad app and website check out experience
There app and website is a totally joke. When you try to check out with the Rebag credit, both the app and the website keep popping up the window ask you to enter the security code, in the website the window just keep flashing and you even can’t enter the code, in the app the credit won’t apply even you enter the security code or keep saying the code is invalid. Very bad software development.

Horrible company
By FAR one of the worst companies I have ever dealt with. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY! You will be disappointed read the reviews and spend your money else where. It is NOT worth it!
1. I ordered a pair of shoes and receive 2 completely different sizes. 38.5 and 39. I returned the shoes a week or more ago and still have not received a refund. Don’t bother calling customer service they are not helpful.
2. I was promised a 15% off code because I used the Labor Day code initially and was able to use that against the next purchase. I attempted to make another purchase and the customer service representative Viviana promise she would adjust the shipment to expedite my shipping so that I could get my new order on time. NEVER HAPPENED! The shoes were not expedited and will not arrive on time for my event.
Customer service is a joke and the entire company is a joke. If you order there is not guarantee you will get what you ordered. Also, if you need any assistance you won’t get it and you will be lied to. Horrible company.

They con people in to doing fake reviews of their products every day. This company is a SCAM. Do you research online and see all of the complaints.
Trust me, I wouldn’t even keep the app on your device as it probably has scamware in it. And definitely don’t buy anything from them or send them even $1.
