Great app

Cool app for tracking good habits and their impact on my wellbeing

A great app for managing my anxiety

Calibrate has been a life saver. Having always struggled with anxiety, it’s good to be able to track what has worked well that day, and learn more about what to keep doing, and what to avoid when managing it. Really simple and intuitive to use, just check-in every day to get a better understanding of the data over time. 5 stars!

The best app for Stress and Anxiety ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I don’t usually write reviews, but I had to for Calibrate. This app has honestly been such a gam changer for me. I downloaded it on a rough day, just looking for something to help- and wow, it really delivers.

The vibe is super calming, and are easy to follow, and it just feels like it was made by someone who actually understands what anxiety feels like. It’s not preachy or overwhelming, it’s more like a really chill, supportive friend in your pocket.

I’ve tried a bunch of wellness apps before, but this one actually stuck. I’ve been using it daily and I can feel a real difference in how I handle stress.

Highly recommend to anyone! Love this app so much!
