About

Receiptless keeps your receipts and your business miles in one calm, private place on your iPhone, and turns them into a deduction at tax time. RECEIPTS THAT READ THEMSELVES • Snap a photo and it reads itself: Receiptless finds the store, the date, the total and every line: items, taxes, tip, discounts, loyalty points, the card you paid with. You check it before it is saved. The reading happens on your iPhone with its own text recognition. • Screenshots work too: an emailed receipt or an order confirmation reads the same way. • Spot new receipt photos, log every Apple Pay tap, share receipts in from Mail, Photos or Files, or say "Hey Siri, add a receipt". • Ask anything: "How much on coffee this month?" MILES THAT LOG THEMSELVES • Receiptless notices when you drive and records the trip: distance, start and end. • Or tap Start a trip and End trip yourself. • Swipe a trip to mark it business or personal. Set Home and Work by address, and rules sort the rest. • The deduction adds up at the IRS rate, with the mid-year rate change handled for you. INSIGHTS Pick a range and see spending by category and place, business and personal miles, the deduction so far, the dates coming up, and your own categories. Export any range as a PDF or CSV. All free. TAX PRO: ONE PURCHASE, NO SUBSCRIPTION Tax Pro has its own tab. It adds: • Automatic trips without limit (the first 30 are free, so you can see it work) • An IRS-style mileage log PDF: date, from, to, purpose, miles and rate • A Schedule C pack: line 9 mileage, parking and tolls, and your work receipts by line, ready for your preparer • Your deductions for the year at a glance, with the quarterly estimated-tax dates PRIVATE BY DESIGN No account, no server, no ads. Your receipts and trips are stored only on your iPhone. Place names for trips come from Apple Maps. Receiptless is not tax advice; check with your preparer.

What's New in Receiptless

2.1

September 24, 2026

Receiptless now keeps your mileage as well as your receipts. • Miles. Receiptless notices when you drive and logs the trip — distance, start and end. Swipe a trip to mark it business or personal, and see the deduction add up at the IRS rate. • Start and End a trip yourself. One tap on Home or in Miles records a drive you choose, start to finish. • Home and Work by address. Type them in under Places instead of standing there. • Home is now a dashboard: this month's spending and this year's business miles, side by side. • Tax Pro: unlimited automatic trips plus a mileage log and Schedule C summary as PDFs. • Insights is where the options live now. Pick a range — this month, last month, the last three months, this year, all time or your own dates — and see spending, business and personal miles, and the mileage deduction for it. Coming up, Export and your categories are right there too. On Receipts, a new Ways to add section gathers photo spotting, Apple Pay, Siri and sharing in from other apps. Settings is just settings. • Tax Pro has its own tab — the gold tree next to Insights. Before you buy it shows what you have already logged; after, it is your deduction for the year, the mileage log and Schedule C pack PDFs, and the estimated-tax dates. • No more welcome screen — the app opens straight on Home. • Smoother scrolling: the screen no longer slides out from under your thumb. Still no account, and your receipts never leave your iPhone.
