Not credited for installing games
I downloaded and played 4 new games but did not get credited. Customer service says they can’t credit me even though they can see I played.
It has pros and cons
I have played games on SO MANY apps like this and this is genuinely one of the better ones. Some of the pros: great selection of popular games, easy to verify yourself for payout with an ID and face scan, responsive customer support, the best cashback deals out there for in app purchases, with some of them being 100-200% back. The cons: $50 minimum threshold for payouts, the first payout takes a week to receive (it DOES get better…my payouts since have been received in 24 hours or less), and their stupid policy that they will only manually credit one time per game if there is an issue. I was playing a game that didn’t track 2 levels, but did track later levels and even after going back and forth with customer support that I had obviously achieved a goal when I was credited for later goals (and had screen recording proof as well), they doubled down on their manual credit policy. I was only out $3 so it wasn’t worth deleting the app or anything, but I’m still salty about it and I won’t give a 5 star review because of it.
