No back arrow

I got stuck in the science without a way back to the start menu. Had to switch the phone off and on. No instructions on whether I’m nominating the way they’re looking or the side of the neck I can see.
I’m lost.
Update: now I’m stuck in the results with no back arrow.

Zero instructions

This app is so frustrating. There are NO INSTRUCTIONS on how to use it, or what the left/right buttons even mean. Some pics are upside down, and so what does that mean? Some pics show a left-turned head but a right raised shoulder. What are we evaluating??? WHAT AM I SUPPOSED TO BE DOING????? The left/right buttons have arrows, so when the person is upside down, WHOSE LEFT/ RIGHT are you identifying?? The arrows are pointing the opposite direction from the person’s left/right. Seriously thinking of asking for a refund. Ridiculous.

Need to combine into one app

For someone who has pain all over their body, and is trying out this new “nerve therapy,” it would be much nicer to have all of the apps combined into one, instead of having to download 6 different apps to get the use out of them. At least one option like that would be nice to have. Still have your separate apps, but it would be nice to have one option of having them combined. This way it will also take up a whole lot of less space on my phone and it will only take up the space of 1 app place on my phone, instead of taking up 6 app places on my home screen. I love your apps and they are “somewhat starting to work” for me. Thank you!

Great idea but awful pictures

The pictures often show both sides of the neck at once so left/right discrimination can't happen. I tried emailing the company asking for a refund and to get the shoulder one instead but they won't respond.
And the "app support" link in the App Store leads to a dead page.
