To the developer, could you add that when you are recording, instead of seeing a color depth map, could you add the option to overlay what the main camera is seeing? Just so when I film people don’t look at me strange. I know this app is 4 years old but it could be even more awesome to have that.

Hello, you can, of course, get your money back — you can get a refund for every app you buy on the App Store; just go to https://reportaproblem.apple.com — if you would encounter any problem, simply send me an email at support@hege.sh and I will help you. If you saw a gray square, then it means the video is zoomed-in. In that case, please try to double-tap anywhere on the screen to reset the zoom/scale/translation settings. This app is meant primarily for developers and artists who use the app's ability to export 3D videos into various formats. If you have a specific use-case in mind, feel free to drop me an email and I will tell you if Record3D is a good app for your purposes. All the best, Marek
Can’t use the WiFi streaming (update: fixed)

Hi, please send me an email at support@record3d.app so that we can communicate faster and figure out what went wrong in your case (it takes some time for an App Store review/reply to become publicly visible). For start: is your iPhone and PC **on the same Wi-Fi network** and none of the two devices use VPN? The Wi-Fi streaming does not work over the Internet, it works just on the local Wi-Fi network. When you switch to the Wi-Fi mode and press the red toggle button, your iPhone should be "visible" on your local network, so you should be able to enter the IP address of your iPhone into the web browser running on your computer (which should be connected to the same Wi-Fi network as your iPhone). Parallax 3D is backwards
Amazing app ?
I would love to see some add ons on the premium version to recreate hidden spots when recording with lidar (AI or maybe the ability to use multiple iphones in pairs). Other than that, it’s perfect !

Hello, thanks for using Record3D :). The app has always been a paid app (since the very first version) — the latest update (or the previous updates) did not change anything in this regard. The app was never ever supposed to let you record for free — except the initial 3 recordings, after which the app asks you for a one-time payment. I sincerely do not understand how this could happen (perhaps a bug in the app?). Anyway, it sounds like you enjoyed using Record3D, so I offer to give you the app for free — all you have to do is to send me an email at support@record3d.app Best, Marek
