TRACK YOUR JOURNEY
• Day counter with milestones worth celebrating
• Daily mood check-ins and a private journal
• Progress trends that show how far you have come
HANDLE THE HARD MOMENTS
• 12 guided coping exercises: urge surfing, box breathing, 5-4-3-2-1 grounding, HALT check, and more
• Plan ahead for high-risk events, reflect afterwards
• Know your triggers with personal trigger tracking
CRISIS SUPPORT, ALWAYS ONE TAP AWAY
• Local crisis hotlines for your country, accessible from every screen
PRIVATE BY DESIGN
• Use the app without creating an account
• Journals, check-ins, and relapse records never leave your device
• No ads, no trackers, no data sales — analytics only if you opt in
FREE FOR YOUR FIRST WEEK
• Every feature is unlocked for 7 days — nothing to enter to start
• After that, a subscription keeps your check-ins, journal, exercises and programs going: USD 7.99/month or 59.99/year, cancel anytime
• Crisis hotlines stay free forever, and everything you have already written stays readable
RecoverPath is a self-help tool, not a medical device, and does not replace professional treatment. If you are in crisis, contact your local emergency services or a crisis hotline.

What's New in RecoverPath
1.0.1
September 15, 2026
Guided programs now work. Your progress is saved, and the reflection you write each day is kept in your journal. Fixed: after resetting your counter, milestones stopped appearing and never came back. They now return as you earn them again. Fixed: your day count and check-in streak could be a day out depending on your timezone. New: a safety note when you start tracking alcohol or substances — stopping suddenly can be medically dangerous, and it's worth talking to a doctor first.
