Glitchy

App works ok but glitchy some times will not be very accurate app needs update with attention to accuracy.

Frustrated

App does not show location of vehicle at all times even when battery life is full and even if after an update or refresh

Location updates lag

Half the time, it takes a long time to refresh the vehicle location or notify that it moved. Example: It has been parked in my garage, stationary, for 3 minites before notifying me it has moved 15 minutes prior.

Generally speaking does the job

Disappointing I cannot list my car's accurate color which is iridium silver but your application does not allow it I'm disappointed

useless for the average consumer

unless you’re an actual car dealer, this app and recovery unit are useless. The app itself has not user-friendly, and for some reason the unit is hard to find 95% of the time. It was put in my lease car by the dealer without my knowledge. I don’t think they were trying to hide it, just the sales person I worked with didn’t mention it. Turns out lease car. I found it in the paperwork. In any case I found the app in the App Store, loaded it and use it to track my car during transport to another state for an extended vacation. Barely ever got his signal. Fortunately I also put an apple tracker in the car that worked flawlessly for three days of transport. Now one year into the tracker it sends a message that it’s not operating and they need to send me a new one. Vague information how I’m even supposed to contact them. The whole thing is a joke

Horrible

My locator stop working months ago I tray to order new one online and on the phone and they keep Laing to me that’s on the way whit out give me tracking number order number nothing … I been for month whit out service. Don’t get involved whit this company it’s a pure scam

RecovR is Awesome!

I truly enjoy this service & system. It keeps me updated & I know my sons whereabouts.

Doesn’t work

Begins scan but never does anything. Doesn’t help me locate keys ever!

High cost low return

For the price out only updates once a day. Even when I pressed for a one time refresh it still said the vehicle was somewhere it wasn’t

Love Recovr

I love this product! I have the habit of losing my parking place and keys, so when my dealer told me about Recovr I was sold! Usually I’m against upgrades when buying a car, but this feels like a no brainer. They even showed me how they could set up a device for my son if I ever buy them a car in the future. Good product!

Forced to buy

Placerville Toyota FORCED ME TO BUY THIS. An apple tag works better.

Poor location reporting

Every location ping from this app is off by at least a mile. Don’t get fooled by salespeople trying to sell you on this product.

Garbage app; poor support

One would think for the amount of money dealers charge for this, it would have better functionality than a $30 Airtag — but you’d be wrong! The only option for notifications is a binary on/off for when the vehicles moves—it’s almost as if the developers never heard of notification fatigue (or the product managers were too busy with their cash grab scheme to be bothered to add anything beyond that).

$750 my dealer charged me for this and I can’t even set a geofence based notification.

As if that wasn’t bad enough, the support team seems to be paid by how quickly they can send a pre-canned answer and doesn’t even bother to your read your question entirely.

Refuse delivery of this. It’s garbage.

Scammed by car Honda car salesman

I was told this was installed on all new cars and required to pay it which I did. Totally NOT true. I was not given choice.

Great product

User friendly and easy to use.

Slow to update

Very slow to update. Better options out there for gps tracking
Save your money

Not updated on time

Cheap tracker way better 100x

Not impressed

I get alert when vehicle moves however when I try to locate the vehicle it’s still showing location at home and if I want to update location I have to wait over 10 min! This would be so much better if it actually showed a live moving target.

A complete scam and garbage.

This thing is great at letting you know where your vehicle was hours ago. Even when you force a location search it doesn’t update. Save yourself money and buy a $30 AirTag. Works better than this. Cost the dealer nothing and you hundreds!!
