I just purchased this app while on a cruise around Greece and Turkey, and it works perfectly when have no Vodafone data. Useful to have onboardâno signal, no problem! đ

Had a message within 30 mins to say I had used my full allowance. The app only showed a small amount of data. No connection at sea or in port. My EE sim worked well in Port.

Misleading Claims - unusable on P&O Britannia
I purchased this eSIM to use on a recent cruise to Norway on P&O Britannia. The Red Bull site clearly states that it works on that ship so I felt happy purchasing the 1GB option for âŹ15. Apart from a very brief connection on day one of the trip, it never worked again. Not even a weak service, no connection at all. At first I thought it might be my iPhone but then I discovered others on board suffering exactly the same issue. On returning home I contacted Red Bullâs Customer Service team who offered no helpful resolution and were clearly not interested. I canât speak for the other ships the company claims their eSIM works on but definitely DO NOT BUY it if youâre travelling on the Britannia.

Downloaded⊠payed for a package. Set up correctly. Awful signal that didnât work at all for 99% of my trip. Waste of money in my opinion as didnât use a single gigabit on my holiday and their customer service wasnât any good either.

Whilst at seaâŠ.you cannot top up your data package without a WiFi connectionâŠso you cannot top up without buying ships WiFi time firstâŠwhy in the name of all that is holy donât you allow the app to access your website for free so you can top up ?!?! Ridiculous !!!

Its a scandalous service
I have paid for this service, installed the app and followed the instructions and it didnt work. I then spent 30 minutes on a chat with a live person who basically said its my problem and nothing she could do. I am halfway through the trip and relying on wifi. Awful producy for me, below average customer service, I feel utterly ripped off with money spent on nothing. Use anyother competitor and Apple should consider taking this app down to protect its users.
