Messaging not working
I tried to message you from disputes and it would not send a message unless I hit the select button. Hitting the select button caused nothing to happen.

I can’t see to find out how to log into it. there’s nothin for the other app about this one but this one tells me to go to that one to log in

Hasn't worked for a week now. Called the credit union and they say they are working on it. It great when it does work.

Features of the app are good but app doesn't always work.
Could use an update
Make it more user friendly like other banking apps and maybe make it so u can see pending deposits and other quality of life aspects on the app the last update was almost a year ago and its a little outdated compared to other platforms
Won’t let me turn off card
I have done this a BUNCH of times. I have went into my card to disable everything so I don’t get overcharged and it won’t save it, even though it says it saved it, but when I go back into it it DOESNT CHANGE. So I keep getting charged my recurring charges, and now i have to pay an overcharge fee EVERY DANG TIME. Whyyyy won’t it save my settings so it doesn’t charge my card?!

I love that I get notifications each time a purchase is made- I have been able to catch a few double charges from online purchases this way!
I also like that I can turn my card off and on, really helps ease my mind on those days that I can’t find my wallet but do not want to completely turn off all my cards permanently

Does not stay linked to the account.
Have to go into my mobile banking log in now every time to use the card app! Terrible

It is super cool to be able to get instant notifications every time I swipe my card. Really great!
