Grade designation
Please add more precise grade designation to teacher absences. ‘Grades 1-8’ is not specific enough. I know Rover has this capability but please ask Cambridge district to give you more precise grade levels. Thx!
Red Rover Review
My husband is a sub, but I am the one who always has to have my phone with me and preferably right in my hand unless there is a job that pops up. I don’t even look at it when it comes up because if I don’t tap on it immediately it’s gone to someone else. My finger can’t move fast enough. I’m sorry to say, but I dislike Red Rover very much.

Stressful
A very stressful experience. Notice of an assignment is received and by the time you open up the request, it’s already taken. Unlike Smartfinder Express, it doesn’t give you any time to check dates and accept. Very stress inducing experience.

No password code
I downloaded the Red Rover app. I put in my username I didn’t have a password one, a code was supposed to be sent to me, but it never came. I cannot get in it Red Rover.

Jobs don’t seem to pop up at the same time for different users. Had much more success with Frontline
Can’t get sub jobs
Screen doesn’t refresh in time even when open and even though I’m very quick at tapping the notification for an available sub job, it’s already taken. Well, at least someone is getting a job…
Awesome App
I’ve been using this app since our school district adopted it. As a retired teacher, being a senior citizen, I found it easy to use and customize it to my needs. Since I am not too tech savvy, using Red Rover makes me feel like I am.
No calendar link to my iPhone
Very frustrating that when I accept a job I cannot link it to my iPhone calendar!
Substitute teacher
Your app is extremely challenging for me to try to accept jobs. I can be on my phone and get a notification, and go to it immediately, only to find out that the job has already been taken. I can’t figure out how somebody can get to it faster than I can repeatedly.

Red Rover sucks
Every time I am trying to sign up for a job something goes wrong. Just now a job popped upI pressed accept and the RR said, Upps something went wrong. When I pressed again the job was no longer available. This happens over and over again. The old system was much better.
App critique
The access app for subs doesn’t match the training app. This makes it hard to visualize availability for pending needs and accepted positions.
