Complete trash app

SUPER DISAPPOINTING! DO NOT SPEND A PENNY ON IT!
I’ve never left a review before, on ANYTHING. This one, I just had to so I can prevent other people wasting their money.
Got this app to erase my X account. Initially tried to run the “free” version, but it was very limited- only let me delete a month’s worth of posts/likes, etc., and was very sloppy at that- still leaving a bunch of things on my profile that it was supposed to remove. I figured well maybe I just need to go ahead and upgrade so I can just do the “all time” wipe, and just delete everything so there’s no mistake on the app of what should and shouldn’t be left behind. So, I did just that. Upgraded, ran the app, and let it do its thing for about 3 hours (after an apparent failed attempt previously of 1hr in). Once it was done, I went on my profile, and there was again still a lot of things left that it should’ve deleted! I ran it again, same thing after 2hrs. Decided to run each category individually to help it out, and again those same posts remained! I did this multiple times, and still could not get it to delete! So, eventually I just went ahead and did it manually myself since it was apparent this app was not gonna do the task…

Hi there, sorry about the confusion. Twitter will cache old posts sometimes, even if they are deleted. If your posts are still showing, it might take a few days for them to actually be removed. You can verify this by going to any post manually and clicking delete and seeing its still there. Also keep in mind that the # of tweet count in your profile may not change for several weeks. please reach out to us if you have any additional question. Thank you.

Useless - hidden paywall after data grab

Makes me signup. Hand over various passwords, then and only then at the end of all that data capture it springs me with the £99 paywall.

As for data, everything is local and if you ever need to delete your redact account it self feel free to contact us at any time. We did have a fairly large issue with twitter that should be fixed now in our latest version.

Product deleted the wrong things

I used your product to find and delete comments by a specific person on my timeline posts.

Instead of removing the comments, you removed the original posts he commented on. You morons cost me about $100 of monetization.

Your product sucks.

used to be amazing

was a big fan of this app back in 2022, i used the desktop version and successfully deleted all my messages sent to a discord server in not many hours. however, those days are long past, and this app is a completely greedy scam now. you cannot do ANYTHING without paying a ton up front. folk, there is no way i am going to pay a YEARLY price for a subscription when i am going to spend one day at most wiping my accounts. if you want to delete a lot of tweets i suggest just deleting your account like i did, or just delete the discord messages yourself or use a bot. it honestly isn’t worth such a scam price, it’s a shame since this app used to be free and privacy focused.

I I today subscribed to premium and after that updated the app. The app no longer loads or works at all. Thanks for stealing my money.

Post update, app won’t load at all.

After updating the app, it won’t load at all.

Just a black screen that says, “Almost done.”

Then you wait, and wait and wait. Nothing happens.

App doesn’t work and farms data

Do not trust this app. It does not actually delete anything. After logging into your social accounts and reviewing your posts, you press delete and and it simply shows a loading screen and then says “Done. 0 items deleted”. Very suspicious app.
