This app does not do what it says. It deletes nothing. It just scans your posts and collects data.
Does not delete, can’t find support
When I purchased the one-year subscription, I did so to have a year’s worth of content deletion service. In the past two-three weeks, I have attempted to delete comments and it’s not deleting. It’s editing. I tried contacting support here via “app support”, it takes me to a broken link. I can’t get a refund from Apple because it’s been more than 2 months. I tried visiting the page to find support and it’s either very hidden or not there at all. I also clicked around the app for a support page. Nothing. It also doesn’t have a banner or alert of a known issue. I would like a refund, even if it’s partial. I deleted the app, reinstalled it, removed the social accounts, reconnected…nothing works. It doesn’t delete. Tried again at a later date. Nothing. Updated. Nothing.

Way too expensive for something you use once.
Bad update
I love Redact, I have used to for years, however this new update is genuinely terrible. It logs me out constantly, it is needlessly complicated even after I have been using it for weeks. And sometimes I do everything right and it simply doesn’t delete. Please make the app simple again.
Paywall took over
Ive had this app on my phone for a while and it worked well. You were able to select the date range you wanted to delete from. Now I open the app and everything other than “a month ago” is locked behind a Paywall. Id rather just delete my account no big deal, but this app no longer useful unless you want to delete something from up to a month ago.

Cant delete DMs
I tried troubleshooting everything but DMs from Discord won't delete. I'm not sure what I even paid for then.
Use to be fine, error messages now
Keep getting error that something went wrong. Phone and app up to date. Way too much money to not be useable
Has become Trash
Latest update makes this app unusable. It will no longer allow you to log into X. It just stops and stalls out. This app used to be great and now it’s just a waste of memory.

Just Doesn’t Work
Tried several times, spent a $100 on premium and still didn’t work. No option to contact support, no monthly payment option. Don’t bother with this option.
The free version is good

Broken on iPad after latest update
The iPad version became badly broken after the latest update (2.18). Discord cleanup setup fails, mention filtering returns 0 results even when Discord itself finds matching messages, and the custom date picker is unusable because parts of the UI are cut off.
The Discord authentication method itself is also broken, so I have to rely on one-time backup codes to sign in. On top of that, the app has repeatedly logged me out, which makes the authentication issue even worse.
I paid for Premium specifically for Discord cleanup. I contacted support and they confirmed the issues were sent to engineering, but they remained unresolved for several days. I ultimately had to perform much of the cleanup manually.
I’ll gladly update this review if the iPad version is fixed, but in its current state I can’t recommend paying for Premium on iPad.

They Removed Core Functionality Just to Force Subscriptions
This app used to be great as it helped me clean up any online history I had without arbitrary restrictions. It is disappointing to see such blatant greed ruin what was genuinely a good app. I do NOT recommend anyone paying a subscription of all things for this app.

Advertised deleting TikTok data but it’s not even an option
Why are you advertising that you can delete TikTok data if that’s not even an option on the app? TikTok isn’t even supported on the app. Blatantly false advertising.

I’ve never left a review before, on ANYTHING. This one, I just had to so I can prevent other people wasting their money.
Got this app to erase my X account. Initially tried to run the “free” version, but it was very limited- only let me delete a month’s worth of posts/likes, etc., and was very sloppy at that- still leaving a bunch of things on my profile that it was supposed to remove. I figured well maybe I just need to go ahead and upgrade so I can just do the “all time” wipe, and just delete everything so there’s no mistake on the app of what should and shouldn’t be left behind. So, I did just that. Upgraded, ran the app, and let it do its thing for about 3 hours (after an apparent failed attempt previously of 1hr in). Once it was done, I went on my profile, and there was again still a lot of things left that it should’ve deleted! I ran it again, same thing after 2hrs. Decided to run each category individually to help it out, and again those same posts remained! I did this multiple times, and still could not get it to delete! So, eventually I just went ahead and did it manually myself since it was apparent this app was not gonna do the task…
