I love Redd Light Therapy- I love being able to take dance classes from industry professionals. I’ve grown so much in a year since starting with them, every instructor is so skilled, affirming, and helpful. it doesn’t matter who I take a class with, I leave feeling great about my experience. I cannot recommend RLT highly enough to people. Not to mention the app is super straightforward, easy to navigate and user friendly. Amazing, accessible app
This is a wonderful app, with a kind and supportive community attached to it. Redd (the creator) has really done her big one in making it easy to learn from and fun. There’s lots of variety in lessons no two are the same, you have the options to buy credits to buy classes or one off one stop workshops that range in prices with some being extremely affordable. This app has made me feel more confident in having a space where I can freely express myself and hone my style of dance. I really recommend this to anyone who’s thinking about downloading or joining

Love this app, I get to stay in touch even when social media is unreliable. I can easily sign up for and manage classes, see special offerings and stay up to date with Redd.

Amazing learning tool!
Absolutely love this app as a resource for learning new skills, and finding classes to practice with. I love learning from different teachers & there are so many awesome dancers who teach through Redd Light Therapy! The interface of the app is super intuitive and easy to use. You can download without needing a membership, and there are a wide range of classes, in terms of skill level, length, and price—definitely something for everyone. There are membership options as well as stand alone classes, series workshops, and freebies. And you don’t have to be able to attend class live—if you sign up, you’ll receive the recording to practice in your own time. Definitely check it out!

i love the features of this app! not only can you easily book classes, but you also have access to online recordings, community forums, a time zone conversion since instructors are from all over the world, playlists, and educational content. it's a very useful online community in addition to being an easy way to book a class!

I have grown so much as a dancer taking classes online at Redd Light Therapy. The teachers are world class professionals with real world industry experience. The business is professionally ran and app is user friendly. It is clear the team truly cares about providing an outstanding student experience. The flexibility of not needing to attend class live and having the class recording asset forever is a huge value. Most online classes only let you view the recording for 30 days after the class ends. The online community is welcoming and supportive.

This app is amazing!
I’ve been following Redd for a while and could listen to her talk about any subject. She’s so kind and SO SMART, like girl, if I had half the smarts she got. 💁🏼♀️I love how the app offers classes on so many different pathways. There’s something for anyone on there. I can’t wait to take one of her classes”Old School” combo classes. She oozes sensuality and I only hope I can one day too! If you are a midnight ballerina or just interested in pole/dance you should definitely check it out!

I reached out directly to app support and not only did they take care of me completely, they offered me bundles I didn’t even know was available. The layout of the app takes some getting used to but it’s definitely resourceful.

Amazing platform and community
I love the mission and vision of this app, and I think that this app and its community have successfully built a safe creative space for everyone to explore their sensuality and uplift each other. I really appreciate how accessible the classes are (you get class recordings if you can’t make it to the live class and modifications based on your skills). It’s one of the prettiest apps out there as well. I also recommend looking into the founder’s Instagram/Youtube, as she has many insightful and sincere perspectives about the community/industry that I’ve learned much from.

I love this app! It is so easy and convenient to use! I love this community! I’m able to either go in person or via webcam to classes. I can watch the class later if I’m not available during that time. There are so many different variations: flexibility, pole, floorwork, tricks, sensual, and so much more! I have been following RLT for a while and so glad I can support this community! It’s definitely worth trying and worth the price!

Great community!
Just recently stumbled upon this app through IG and love all the instructors. Been going to a pole studio for a few months now but I’m at the point in my journey where I’m realizing how important it is to truly expand and learn from different teachers and avenues. This is the only true way to find your flow and style. I also love being able to practice on my own terms in my own space. Look forward to taking classes and joining the RLT community ❤️

High value classes with experienced instructors
I followed RLT on IG for some time and appreciated the work provided to SWers and the opportunity to learn from a diverse group of experienced and talented dancers. As I move around the world, it’s difficult to attach myself to a studio or find consistency in one particular place and I have loved the freedom and progress RLT has given me. I love the varied classes focused on pole foundations, tricks, flexibility, floorwork and more!

I've taken a variety of classes and workshops on RLT, and I really love how accessible it is to learn from such amazing dancers that I wouldn't normally get to practice with living in a small town. The best part, and honestly what sold me, is that you get to keep the recording to easily revisit if you can’t make the live class! I will always recommend this platform to my fellow dancers!
