Worst Customer Support for a Paid Service
This is a paid service, yet the support is extremely poor. I reported an issue over a month ago and it still hasn’t been resolved. I’ve contacted support multiple times with no meaningful response or solution. If you’re paying for a service, you should at least get reliable customer support. Very disappointing experience.

Suddenly the app cannot be opened outside India. It’s wired. So redial u are demotivating people to use Rediffmail. As it’s limited only in specific countries. Not expected

I am facing an issue where I don’t receive any notifications when a new email arrives. I have to manually refresh my inbox every time to see new mails. This makes it inconvenient and causes delays in responding to important messages.
Waste of time on iOS device
Not working properly on ios whenever i am trying to write an email my all the body of emails got lost. Again and again it goes lost. Kindly shut down your company and handover it to gmail.

Hopeless App
I have been trying to download the app. Every time it tells me to download App from Apple store where, I have already downloaded it from. It doesn’t take my id and password .
