The most stupid prepaid apps ever. Reload with on9 banking but not reflect the top up in the apps. Cant imagine these days still happen all the rubbish issue!!

I had reloaded my apps twice RM30 but not credit on my apps.. it happen before and havent credit to my wallet

Can’t use first time login feature. Topup via online banking also didn’t credit into my account. Now I’m stuck because I can’t use my mobile network.

Top up on the website was sometimes a challenge. Web based top up is unfortunately no longer available. Just via app I can - or I could top up, but the app is not loading.
Conclusion: This company don’t want to make money, they are happy without customers.
