Payment Won’t Work
Having to go through the pain of signing up for a new app to order takeout, only for the payment system to be broken and unable to accept Visa or Discover credit cards. Save yourself the time and don’t download.
Let me order in the browser like a real company
The data scraping of modern society knows no bounds. God forbid I want to order pick up/take out from a restaurant without having to download an app to my device, create an account, and input all of my information. If you’re going to do that, at least have the decency to offer Apple Pay or some other payment shortcut — typing all of my contact, billing, and payment info into fields? What is this, 2015? Poor choice by management.
