This app is pretty much useless
The app only functions while you are using the dryer. After the cycle is complete it tells you how long it took and gives you a range of how much water was removed. There are only three ranges. You don’t get a specific number. There is no log feature. After you close the app you can’t go back and check any data. It would be much more useful if it logged an actual value for the moisture and logged the data. I would like to see how different environments can change the amount of moisture removed

Not compatible with my Redux Home
Can’t even say if this show good information, app detected my unit, then it said is not compatible with the unit. Don’t even know it have Bluetooth and I have using it for 5 months, it’s not even on the user guide, learn about app and Bluetooth thanks to Dr. Cliff Olson video.
UPDATE: finally the app and my home dryer connect to each other, yeah! But that’s all, as many say app is not user friendly and honestly I don’t even know if it is displaying any real time information or at least a report of the last cycle or a history. They need not to fix this app, please make a make a new one. This one is useless.

Unusable
My experience with this app and my complaints are the same as the other reviewers. It is not even vaguely user-friendly, and connectivity is shoddy. But most concerning is that I can run several drying cycles back-to-back without opening the lid, and the dry data consistently shows “More than 5.0 uL removed,” which would be impossible given the capability of the Redux dryer.
A device as expensive and highly acclaimed as the Redux dryer should have an app that complements it, not diminish it.

App is Terrible, Dryer is excellent.
It’s hard to believe an app this bad exists in 2024. What I expected was a more precise reading of humidity and an estimate of how long drying would take, as well as status update notifications that tell me when it’s done.
The information is very limited and it’s unclear what is happening or what to expect from the drying process, which is the most important information to a tool that takes 3+ hours when accounting for having to charge a hearing aids in time for leaving in the morning.
I want to know how much humidity is in the devices, and how long it’s going to take to dehumidify them. I need to wake up and charge the actual hearing aids in time for my child to leave for school.
For a dryer that costs this much, it’s inappropriate to boast of an app that has so little benefit. Please hire an experienced UX team including a researcher and make this a better experience for your users.

Probably the saddest app I’ve ever used. Very confusing design because unclear what’s interactive and what area “dead” icons. Literally the worst design ever. But the problem is that it makes no sense in terms of results. I ran a drying cycle and it says almost no moisture. And then I follow by doing another and it says my moisture is great. How’s that possible? I didn’t even open up the top. I have zero confidence the device does anything.
