Limiting but it’s an option
For a short ride to get some movement in, it’s fun but that’s about it.
You can’t pause the ride without it charging you by the minute so that’s a deterrent for anything but a quick ride.
I also experienced the battery dying on me 40 minutes into my ride. There is a battery indicator but it doesn’t translate to remaining time. I didn’t think a 2/3 charge would last less than a one hour flat land ride. All that being said I appreciate the option since I can’t store a bike.

Ride an e-bike!
So easy to use and fun!
Inconvenient on every step
I was super interested and had a high hope when seeing the bikes in a neighborhood park. Soon enough for me to find out the whole experience is disappointing as it was inconvenient on every step: initially scan to unlock, to register (you have to scan your DL and your face to register an app for minutes of bike riding can you believe that?) the to unlock … and finally to lock and return the bike is difficult like hell, really bad experiences, enough for the day I said to myself it’s not worth it!

lost services and late to work
i have been relying on these bikes for transport for about a year and i just tried to use one and my app says “this account is not able to access services.” i tried deleting and redownloading. it literally will not let me access the main page, as soon as i open the app, it is a white page with that message. i literally just used it this morning and followed all of the guidelines and now this afternoon it is not working. i am now going to be late to work and it is this app’s fault.

Why do they need so much personal info??
I was in the midst of signing up for the program, until I saw that they want you to submit a photo of government ID and a selfie. What next, a vial of my blood? Perhaps my firstborn child would be enough? Immediate bad vibes. I’ll just buy a bike and keep it at home - after 10 rentals, I’ll have paid the cost of a bike anyway.

Needs a phone line
Needs a phone line. If you have issues with the bike it’s hard to adress them on the road through email.
Their ways are inconvenient
I believe the bikes are enjoyable and the per-minute pricing is acceptable during actual use. However, the inability to pause the rental for a break or to spend time at a location can lead to exorbitant costs, potentially reaching $50 for a single trip, which is unreasonable. This limitation might contribute to the service's underutilization. Introducing a feature that allows users to pause the rental for up to 30 minutes while retaining the bike, with the condition that it must be returned to a station at the end of your use, could be beneficial. Without such adjustments to the fee structure, I am reluctant to continue using this service.

Can’t signup
I downloaded the app and after entering my phone number proceeded to enter the confirmation code that was texted to me. However, even after a half dozen attempts each was denied with the message “Error: Please check your confirmation code and try again”.
Wouldn’t honor their coupon
I tired using the coupon they sent me for my first ride. It didn’t apply. When I contacted customer service, they said I had applied it after starting my first ride (not true) and wouldn’t refund my ride.
