Useless
We have to use this app as my employer obliges us to do so. It’s utterly hopeless.
Like the look and feel of the new app
Downloaded the new app. Like the look and feel of it. Few niggles but quickly sorted when I spoke to my R&M agent.
A big improvement
Love the new look and feel, much easier to navigate and book my rail journeys

Constantly crashes and you cant book anything - totally unreliable and not good enough for a business app
Soo Slow
This used to be a useful app but is now so slow it’s unbelievable. Trying to get flight details and it’s like trying to get blood out of a stone, as if watching iPlayer on a 3G signal and constantly buffering.
App not very refined
There is an issue with logging into accounts with this app, which I am experiencing and also multiple members of my team.
(Incorrect password when password is correct and has just been changed also).
The app often shows no hotels or trains available at all even when these are showing online.
The booking system is very complicated and has many errors. Often you have to use alternative methods of booking

Useless. Not fit for purpose.
You only have 1 job to do… Enable me to book travel. Eg Basic London travel on train. App crashes and closes every single time I try to click the book button.
Log in issues
As per other reviews. Entering password and know it’s the right one and just can’t get logged in.
Riddled with bugs

Problems logging in so common
I am literally staring at the password on my iphone where the app lets me go in but when i type the identical details into my ipad version which is fully updated, it says it doesn’t recognise the details. How is that possible?
Brilliant App
The app is great. Has everything I need as a traveller and an approver. The fact I can ‘Checkin’ to say I’m safe is real duty of care. Thank you Reed & Mackay.
Doesn't work properly
This app has quite a few issues
- it takes ages to load which is frustrating and makes you nervous that it will not
- it does not update any amendments to travel bookings even ones made days later
- it does not have a proper offline version which is sort of silly when people use it for travelling and may be on planes or places where their phone for not work
Any amendments to bookings require my PA to send me - for example - rail tickets by email as the new tickets just don't show or load. Even when the app is deleted and reinstalled - the same.
Given this app is the channel by which this company reaches and serves its clients, it is very, very poor.

Does not sync
The app does not sync with the website, not only that it shows previous bookings made as in the future, can not rely on the app, which makes it pointless when travelling
No flight options or flight prices
The screenshots do not match my app. My app does not let me make new booking nor even see the available flight options/prices.
Please enable the flight options (and price checking if possible) to avoid me needing your website.

It no longer works. You go in and click your trip and it crashes every single time. Please fix this. Thanks
Next Trip Widget broken (iOS 11)
Great app, would give a better review but the Next Trip widget is broken after upgrade to iOS 11. It just shows the text “Unable is load”. App Support link on App Store page takes you to a page on reedmac site that displays a 404 Page Not Found...

Really really useful app, all my upcoming trips are stored and can be changed easily. The hotel map functionality is AMAZING! Much better than my last travel company's efforts, top top draw. 5 stars reed mac.
Great app
Found this app really useful as it notified me that my flight had cancelled. Very well designed too; clean, clear & slick.
