The app is user-friendly. I like that you can use the app offline when needed. Prevents issues when not connected.
If the sync process could process in the background and allow you to continue to use the app elsewhere or other apps, that would be ideal.

The app is ok when it works but is also unstable and unpredictable. If you upgrade the web version of this product to 8, all the data on the mobile devices will be erased. We found this out AFTER the upgrade.
