Baffled

Im just really confused. I just downloaded the app from the Cornell website but I cannot even set up an account as the app keeps saying there’s no pharmacy in the zip code. I’m still shaking my head wondering wth

Convenient

This app is super convenient and easy to refill my prescriptions. I enjoy this process much more than having to call every time.

Worthless

App “rejects” prescription input as being incorrect prescription number or birthdate even though there is not even an option to enter birthdate. It allows you to enter additional account information but still rejects the refill attempt. A day later it notifies that the prescription is in progress. App needs a little work.
