The app works great on iOS with iPhone 13 and 15plus. I’ve never had a single issue, I would however request that the app be updated to include order history. My wife has 15 different prescriptions that I am constantly having refilled, and it’s difficult to keep track of everything and keep from running out of one or another. Having an order history in the app would be a game changer! Actually order history plus prescription name would make an enormous difference. I’d be willing to bet that the star rating would come up for this app with only a few small changes making it marketable once again.

Martins point rx app awful
I downloaded this app as instructed and can’t even get past the enter pharmacy phone number screen. I try to put in the mail order phone number and it says it can only take a 10 digit phone number. I even changed from an Android to an IPhone because the app was so old it wouldn’t work on my Android. No what am I supposed to do?

The app is so bare and ancient. Can’t see order progress and doesn’t fit the modern phone screen. Kinda useless
Useless, Why Is It Still Being Used???
literally useless. can’t do any of the things it and the pharmacy says you can. nothing works and there’s no point trying to use it.

Just horrible! You can only order scripts and can’t see any previous medications ordered and don’t know when to pick them up. NO ALERTS NOTHING! TOTAL GARBAGE!!!!

Scanning stopped working
After the last update, the barcode scanning stopped working, it will not read any barcodes. It worked like a champ prior. Reinstall doesn’t help. Makes app much less useful.

Long-awaited update to fix barcode scanner on newer iPhones has finally made the app doubly usable. Thanks to the developers for getting this done!
Not working
The app is not working and hasn’t been for days. Tried to contact someone but there doesn’t seem to be a way to. Worked “okay” when it worked. Back to phoning in refills.
Needs to have Bug fixed
You can not use the barcode scan with my iPhone — I have a lot of Rx that need to be filled and it’s much easier to be able to scan the barcode can not do it with this app - I have deleted the app and reinstalled to no avail!!!!!
Broken Scanner
HELP… The scanner doesn’t work at all. I ask at the pharmacy when it will be back up and running they think I just need to update my app. So I look for any updates and there are still none. It was working fine and I loved it then all of a sudden it stopped. I’m getting ready to delete and go back to calling my order. 06/16/2022

Can’t scan barcode
This used to be a great app for my purposes. This app is what my pharmacy prefers. However, the scan option no longer works. I thought it was convenient. Now I have to type it which is not hard. But when I am in bed and remember last minute that I need to refill the Rx I have to search for my glasses.

Needs update to newer IPhone camera
Now since I switched to iPhone 13, the iPhone scanner does not work. It was fine when I had the IPhone 11.
No support for iPhone 13 pro max
Scan option works with my iPhone X and iPad Pro but not my 13 pro max. Apple must have changed something with the camera that the app doesn’t support.
Refills Rxs
Works great. Type rx number or scan barcode then pick up at pharmacy. 1 less phone call I need to make.
Barcode scanner not working
Since I upgraded to the iPhone 12 Pro Max a few months ago, I can no longer use the bar code scanner to load my prescription into the app for refill, I have to manually type in the rx number. I never had this issue on my iPhone 10.
Big disappointment
I was very excited when my pharmacy said they were getting a refill app but boy was I let down. I requested refills and there is no way to look and see that the request went through or that it has been filled or any kind of status so after a day I went to pick it up only to be told it never went through! What is the point of having an app that doesn’t do what it was designed for???

App has been down for a few weeks now. Please fix this!! Not a very good app to begin with. You can only order refills. You can’t see your previous refill history or see when a refill is shipped. Or a list of your prescriptions. Very basic, when it works.
