Useless
App won’t open. When trying it says there’s a new version available and kicks me over to the App Store where it’s clear I have the latest version. Even uninstalled and reinstalled - same issue. I’m effectively paying for nothing right now.
Also, hitting app support in the App Store takes me to a “We couldn’t find the page you were looking for” on the TurnSignl website.

Never loaded once
On the latest iOS, just stuck on the logo somewhat greyed out. Killing and restarting app multiple times didn’t help. Could not open it fully even once

App shows canceled, still get billed
(*edit: even after contacting support and confirming my account is cancelled, I am still getting billed.)The UI to cancel a subscription is all broken. It showed my account was canceled twice, yet I still got billed twice. Had to contact customer support, who did not refund any of the false subscription charges but said my account was now canceled. We’ll see if I get billed again. Obviously this is not a tech company and the app isn’t very good, which might be acceptable anyway given the mission, but making it impossible or misleading to cancel your subscription is unacceptable.
