Useless…
Tried to refill my numbered prescription with my Pharmacy (that I’ve been using forever) and the App wouldn’t recognize the prescription at all. First time trying this App out on the Pharmacy’s recommendation to expedite processing …useless, still had to call it in!
Generally good but could be improved
The app is functional and the prescriptions get filled. Two things that could make it better: 1) Let me have a list of patients (e.g., me, my wife, etc.) so that I can select the person rather than having to type it in each time, and 2) default to the numeric keypad on my phone when entering a prescription number.

Pharmacy
My pharmacy shows this as a recommendation to get refills.I downloaded it and put in the phone number and it didn’t even recognize it. What a joke.
I can’t read the screen
I can barely read the screen! I tried using on my phone but the font was too small and too light to read. Tried it on my iPad Pro and I can BARELY read what I have typed. Hard to check if I typed the correct Rx. As a medical app you should be ashamed. I can’t be the only person with this problem.
Refill quick app
I do not like this app. You are not able to scan meds to refill. You also can not look up past medications or information. I would like to see if I had changes in Medication or be able to reorder easier.
