Ap shuts down after I hit send.
Worse than calling
You have to type in the Rx #, look up your pharmacy by phone, enter your birthday, and do this for each rx because you can only send one at a time. There's no login so it doesn't remember you or anything about you like your birthday or last pharmacy used.
Refills made easy
I’ve had this app for several years and love it! Easy to use and I don’t have to call the pharmacy! Get a text message when they are ready to be picked up!
Just use website
Just use the .com site. App doesn’t really work. Will drive you nuts.
Medication Name Needed
I adore my pharmacy, but this app, not so much. As an older person taking multiple medications, having to find my prescription by number is difficult. Showing the name, or giving me an easy way to put it in the description, would improve it greatly.

Worst app I’ve ever tried to use and unfortunately it’s for something important to my daily life.

Fantastic app very simple to use. Zero issues first time using. My grandma could use this app.
Doesn’t Deliver the Goods
It would be convenient if the scan would work. They should also list all of your prescriptions, to see if they are ready for refills or ready to be picked up from the pharmacy. This app stinks the way it is.
Garbage
This app is a waste of space on your phone. Don’t bother.
Why not just fix the bugs?!
Usually when I download an app for a website it’s because the app is much easier or convenient to use but that’s definitely not case for me with Refill Rx. After using the website for several years I have ended up with a lot of prescriptions that I have filled once or twice and I probably won’t ever use it again but I can’t remove them from my prescription list. I thought I might would be able to do that within the app but I couldn’t have been more wrong. Works 5% of the time
My refill requests either time out or say they can’t be refilled, when I know I have refills remaining and I know I’ve entered my information correctly. Utterly frustrating.
Does not work anymore
Get an error message whenever a script is requested for renewal. Used to work well.
Date of birth and expiration
Can’t the last entry for date of birth be stored? Can expired prescriptions be flagged? Thanks!
Developers are on permanent vacation !
This app is almost pointless. A development project team in their freshman year in college could put something together better.

Been using the website for over a year and love it. Just found out about this app today. Scanning the barcode sounded very convenient. I tried well over 20-25 times on several of my prescriptions and the best I got was one time it said something to the effect Invalid barcode or something.
No box. Just a red line across my screen.
App has camera permissions.

I did punch in a number and went the long route and ordered one. But honestly the website is faster and easier to use.

Great when it works
I’ve had an issue the last couple of times I’ve tried to use it where it opens and shows the list of meds, but is frozen on that screen and won’t allow me to select a med or scan, etc.
When It Works, It’s Very Convenient
I have tried 11 times with 2 different prescriptions this morning and have yet to submit a request. I have only successfully submitted a request through the app once. It’s easier to use the pharmacy’s phone line. This app is a great idea if it would work.
