Wait time
The only thing that I would complain about is my appointment time was scheduled for 10:15 pm. The dr didn’t join until about 45 minutes later. I was logged in 15 minutes early because those were the instructions. I waited an hour before I spoke to the doctor. The visit was quick and to the point which was great.

They didn't help at all even though it's possible to send scheduled substances to curb my pain. The psychiatrist sent. Schedule 2 substances so they just lie to protect themselves instead of caring for the patient w
Chasing prescriptions
This is the third time I’ve used this service and the script is never called in a timely fashion. I spend 8 hours calling the pharmacy and reaching out to the concierge service that doesn’t response.
