Unable to obtain sick note. Concierge could not help regarding pharmacy selection since the app was unable to lover any. The response given was call 912 if it’s an emergency. I thanked that helpful representative.
Only sort of worked and felt impersonal
All the options were pretty intuitive and stuff but it felt very AI based and impersonal. In the chat the pre-made options did not always cover what I needed to say, and the doctor videoed in late and left fast.

Too many questions
The app asked me 50+ questions before I could see a doctor. Should limit to a few key questions and not waste too much patient’s time while patient while feeling well.

Terrible app
The app doesn’t work on phones older than iphone16, which is a shame. Especially if someone who is sick and can’t take advantage of this service because camera doesn’t work on this app coz they don’t carry a new iphone

Can’t upload pictures to doctor visits. The app keeps shutting down.

First experience
My experience with HMH 24/7 and Dr. Emily Hayden DO was great, efficient and informative. I would recommend this service to all my family and friends as a great alternative to in person visits with the opportunity to see a provider quickly on a weekend and triage the need to be seen in person. The intake process was easy to follow and input the diagnostic information necessary to determine a diagnostic differential and treatment plan.

Seamless process for getting presciption
I’ve been dealing with a sinus infection the past 7 days and the process took me 30 minutes in total for patient intake then being connected with a physician. Will definitely be using in the future.
Exceeded my expectations
First time using the app It’s was the best thing I could do. While away from home on college tour with my kid, and I felt so helpless with pain in my eye, and hours of driving ahead of me, the app was a great resource. Not too complicated to use , (I had to answer some questions, take profiles pics and wait in a virtual waiting room, then I saw the Dr) The Doctor was really good (Dr. Grace) overall great highly recommended!!!

Life Saver
This was a god send. After being at urgent care twice with no results, I was getting more sick with no available medication. A coworker recommended this app and I made an immediate appointment and received great care and access to much needed antibiotics! Will be telling everyone I know about this!
App Doesn’t Work
I haven’t been able to use this app in three months. Every time I try to make an appointment it says I’m out of network when I’m not (my husband is employed by HMH and we have HMH employee insurance). I was told the issue was resolved multiple times and it never was. I can’t submit the pre appointment questionnaires or use the meeting links through the app to meet with the doctors. Again, it’s been THREE MONTHS and the issue hasn’t been fixed, nor has a timeline been provided on when it will be resolved.

Unnecessary and Invasive Photo Requirement
App is simple to use, however, I was immediately put off by the requirement to take multiple profile photos of myself from different angles just to receive care after completing the lengthy intake process. While I understand the need for identity verification, this level of intrusion feels excessive and unrelated to actual medical treatment.

This was my first experience using the app. I was uncertain at first but after speaking with the doctor I understand this is a meaningful alternative to an office visit. The doctor was excellent at both listening and explaining my condition and suggested treatment. Thank you for providing this service.
