Refocus should be very good for people how spend a lot of time on the screen. It gives you modes so that you can choose around how long your breaks can be from addictive apps. I highly recommend.
Absolutely love this app
Worth buying the subscription. But even just the free version is super helpful in rebuilding my focus for real life. Clearly a lot of thought went into understanding the customer journey and translating it into the app's UX.

Absolument génial, l’app est toujours bloqué et on décide de combien de temps on veux la débloquer. Si vous voulez juste répondre à un message vous sélectionnerez par exemple 1min, et au bout d’une minute l’app se refermera évitant de perdre du temps. Vous pouvez la de moquer autant de fois ue vous voulez aussi longtemps que vous voulez.

This app does exactly that with over-ride options and time limits. The best part; I didn’t have to pay a cent if I did not want to and still have access to these features.

Sometimes auto blocks
Sometimes apps are already blocked from the beginning of the day it’s inconsistent but it’s merely a small inconvenience atp, good app it was fixed now as of aug 2026

Absolutely Amazing
Any app blocker that I find is either very costly, very easy to bypass, or both. I unfortunately cannot pay for a subscription on this, but even with the free version it is amazing and has lowered my screen time SIGNIFICANTLY, specifically on the apps I block.
