App isn’t working
Got this reformer as a gift and can’t even use the app. Looks like that’s been an issue for everyone which is super disappointing that they haven’t fixed it for the past couple months. Company may be closing or going bankrupt so they stopped updating.
So Glitchy
Always logged out and having to recreate my profile every time I want to do a workout makes my not want to workout. Additionally when I complete a workout it never tracks the progress or shows the workout completed.
Scam can’t cancel
Pirchased board. Then to access the “free” courses that came with my package, you are forced to install the app. And pay for a subscription..7 day trial then cancel. However, after signing up, the app gets stuck in a a question loop and I ver got to the point to see any videos or complete the account. I can’t cancel. It went past the 7 day trial then was charged $59.99 for an auto renewal membership. The company won’t respond to my emails and does not provide any phone number to call for help. My apple account cant cancel the membership or future charges from them and says I need to go through the company. I’m stuck , frustrated and feel scammed.

Waste of money
The app will never work consistently or correctly, the owners will not fix the problem or refund you the money of a subscription. Don’t waste your time or money, I can’t stress this enough STAY FAR FAR AWAY
Cannot login past introduction
Cannot access the app. When it asks questions about fitness it gets stuck on asking for height page and no button to go any further

Can't access the app as can't get past the opening screen which makes the whole thing pointless, meant to get a 7 day free trial but I've been charged £9.99 before the boards even here and again the app doesn't work so what am I paying for

Won’t let me get past the About me Page.
I have been using the youtube videos and decided to look up reformly to see if they have an app. I was so excited to use it because the youtube pilate videos are so good. Come to find out the app is broken. I can’t get past the About me page. I type in my bio and create my username and hit save and it does nothing. It doesn’t change pages or anything. Just stuck. Super sad I hope it gets fixed so I can come back to use this.

Poor customer service
I haven’t been able to access the app for almost a month. I have been in communication with Reformly and was advised that my concerns would be forwarded to their customer service department. That has been almost 2 weeks now and I still have not heard a response.
Can’t even sign up
App just stops working when attempting to just sign up. Rendered completely useless.
Good but glitches
The board and exercises are brilliant but the only issue I have is that when I complete that days training the video freezes and does not show that I have done the work out and there is no facility to mark it as completed
Update made the app useless
The app is completely broken. Someone please fix this. I can access the workouts in safari but can’t do anything in the app
App not working
I just got my board and the app won’t let me get past the bio part of the set up page to even watch the videos. I am supposed to have a free 60 day plan but I am being charged $9.99 a month for a subscription. There is no number to call, the only option is to email them and I am getting generic AI responses that are not actually fixing my issue. There isn’t a point in having the board if I don’t have access to the videos!!
I also ordered this board on 1/28/2026 and it only arrived on 2/23/2026.

Trying to create my profile and it won’t let me get past the birthdate.

Every time I open it, it takes me back to the page where I started, even though I paid for it and have the board. I don’t get to the workouts at all.
