App freezes on a quote when you open it.
Not Like the other reframe app
This app is not nearly as developed as the other one… I do not believe that it’s worth the money. I did however get the package and will continue to use it and come back to update the review if needed. The AI function does not work at all. The tasks are hard to find which makes them hard to complete and a little frustrating. There’s some decent article information, but honestly nothing that is amazing. I hope that They can continue to develop this app so that it becomes something great. It’s just not there yet.

Potential
I download this series because I enjoyed the Reframe: Drink less and Thrive app! That app is so good! This app is however, has many bugs and glitches unfortunately. I hope someone looks into getting those fixed soon.
Personal Coach not working
Seems people have been having issues for months. I just got the free trial and the personal coach chat is still not working. It’s AI driven, so you’d think they’d be able to fix it fairly easily. I’m going to keep going for the next 30days, but not sure it’ll be worth it if one of the main features isn’t working.

Doesn’t appear developer is updating the app anymore and critical functionality is broken. No responses from tech support. Definitely won’t pay after free trial ends.

Unfortunate
The Reframe (blue) app was so good, I had high hopes for this one. Many things simply don’t work. The bugs were reported. Unlike the blue one, there was no response to bug reports. No improvements. I have rarely seen an app that has so many issues. Will it be improved to match the utility of the blue app? That would be nice.

Hi - I love the app and the content.
Will you please add an option to listen to the ‘Read’ parts of the daily tasks? After sitting at a computer all day for work it’s hard to sit and read some of these exercises. I would really appreciate being able to do this while on a treadmill or driving.

Not as good as one would expect
I’ve been using this app for close to a year. It is not what it used to be. Roadmap - your personalized program tracking your progress - is gone, although it was very nice and visual. It was replaced by Plans, which do not work as nothing is marked completed, so no progress can be seen. App is quite buggy compared to the other Reframe app I’ve been using in the past. It is quite slow as well. Technical support is not very good - they keep dodging the reported issues. The only reason I still keep it is because of the content of their daily reading articles.

PAYWALL
There is zero free access to ANYTHING to try without a subscription or trial 7 days. These devs need to realize that so many of us have been burned in getting charged for subscriptions when we legitimately canceled. It's usually something like, "oh, we canceled the transaction on our end, but Apple has to process it..." I don't need one more task in checking my money to see if a guarantee was upheld, or having a "free trial" cancelation turn into a project that I have to manage. This is a de-stress app that has the likelihood of causing MORE stress.
Oh, and you don't find out that EVERYTHING is behind a paywall until you go to the trouble of creating a required login.

Crashing like mad
So frustrating. Please fix!!!! Otherwise, 5 stars. Seems like this is an ongoing issue for other folks as well so I feel bad bc I love the app sooo much but someone needs to fix!! Please!!

Not worth your money!!!
They make you earn coins to actually participate in courses. Imagine headspace but you have to do 20 breathwork exercises to use content! And you’re paying $65.00 for it already…
Great Content but too many bugs
The content in the app is fantastic but I don’t believe we should be paying full price for an app that is not properly developed. Timelines across countries doesn’t work for notifications. The app freezes a lot as well.
Take the time to invest in your mental health!
As a busy nutritionist it was difficult for me to take the time to slow down and focus on my mental health. This app is a huge blessing for me and helps me stay accountable for my mental well-being!
App keeps crashing
I had it for one day. I enjoyed it. I was doing a 30 day trial. I did the first day activities. Second day, the whole free trial for 7 or 30 days popped up again. Closed the app. Reopened and same thing. I even logged in and same thing. I went back to the app later in the day and same thing. I cancelled the subscription and deleted the app. It seemed like a great but it seems as though there is a bug.

No luck with customer service
I downloaded the app and it just didn’t work for my needs. I cancelled within the allotted time frame for the free trial. I was charged the full amount anyway. I contacted Reframe for a refund and was told to cancel through apple, which I did, and that was the end of the conversation. I never did receive my refund. Definitely not worth the $70 ish dollars it charged me.
