2FA is broken!!
2FA is great for security, BUT YOU HAVE TO SEND ME THE CODE PROMPTLY! 15 minutes after I give up, 5 expired codes come to my email. It's like Regence has 1 intern write these emails by hand and send them via carrier pigeon. Thanks for making it impossible to use this app. Let me use a FIDO key ffs.
Problems with dynamic font sizes, displaying member id card
I tried to talk to an advice nurse via chat on the app. The text size was HUGE - at lease 30pt and sometimes up to ~72pt?, and constantly shifted in size in the chat. I couldn't use the chat.
I had also been informed that I would need to have my memberID ready, so I tried to pull it up on my screen in the app, and when you do that, there is no way to exit out of the card display screen, you have to force quit.
Both of these feel like a testing problem - I'm on an iPhone SE and I suspect that they simply did not test this interface for smaller viewports and people who need larger text size on their phones.
Between this and the phone system hanging up on me after I'd been in the queue for 10 minutes when I tried to call in, I am displeased

App won’t open
I have reinstalled 5 times and only get a blank screen - the app will not open
Terrible App
This is a terrible app. New job made me transition from Kaiser (so much better) to this, and it's like stepping back in time. Most of the links included for provides give 404 or null responses, and its intuitiveness is best described as clunky.
Regence sucks
The app is ok, but Regence sucks. This is the first insurance company I've ever hated. They try to fight my more expensive medications, and don't even cover Vowst.
Absolutely worthless app
Nothing works in this app. You can’t access any information you want to see. Their assistant chat is worthless. It says “we’re unable to assist with this issue”. A monkey ridding a unicycle could’ve programmed a better app.
Read the privacy agreement
Did you read the privacy agreement or did you just click accept like a sheep? In using this app you agree to allow Regence to use your location data.
The irony of the privacy agreement where they say tell you that your data is impotent to them and I’m the very next paragraph you agree to hold Regence harmless is they lose all your data. In 2025 Regence suffered a data breach that lost all of their subscribers information and basically screwed the lives of 40 million Americans. Then they experienced what they described as a “Significant Data Breech” again in 2026. Clearly Regence cares so much about their subscribers.

Pathetic app
The amount of money is that Regence making is they cannot hire people who make their app useful, to add payment method I need to call the automatic line? Is it 1980s? Why I cannot do this in the app itself why you cannot add Apple Pay to the app? What are you guys doing in your office, if you making difficult for the customer to pay for the service.

Latest update broke the app
Just updated on 4/19/26. App immediately crashes upon login from iPhone running iOS 26.2.

Was told this would help as I am Idaho resident but my daughter is very ill so I’m back and forth. So far hasn’t helped me do anything! I like it otherwise

Takes forever to log in
Force close and try multiple times and you can never get logged in. Forget the app and just the website. Waste of space and time.
Horrible
The app hasn’t worked for me in MONTHS! Face recognition acknowledges me and just spins…if I enter my password, it just spins. I cannot get past login. It’s not a password issue because the website works just fine. I’m on the most updated version and it’s just as bad as previous versions. It’s really 1/2 star for me

Will not open
The app allows the sign ok. It redirects to another place and NEVER connects to new site. Not good when I am traveling.
