Worst App
The app is very clunky and slow… Trying to scan for a floor plan and it messes up and loses its place or crashes. It has problems with bathroom and any mirrors. Only let you upload photos while you’re in the app and taking them, but it requires you to label each photo by manually typing a caption/description. Very poor workflow that takes way too long to complete. They do have an off-line mode, but I think that creates more problems and it seems to lose you work in progress.

Pretty Useless
This app crashes, never works, and you’re probably better off just using your pc based app.
Glitchy, crashes, lost data
The app crashed multiple times, kept glitching where the mesh would just disappear, and it lost data I had already input.
Wow
This app never works correctly. I have reloaded it now three times, when it will work a little bit, it will bring up my orders, but I can’t do anything within the app to make comments on any orders or anything else. It’s a completely useless application.

We use this app pretty frequently, and about 40 to 60% of the time it doesn’t work. I can’t access the order, when I get to the Order all it does is time out. It’s pretty obvious that this company only cares about the lending side of the platform where they seem to do really well, versus the Appraisal side of it, which is strange to me because the Appraiser pay a fee, which makes them a customer. He would think there would be some customer service involved.

Not Good So Far
Received error warning for no LIDAR detected on my iPhone 17 Pro Max. No way close pop up. Restarted my phone twice & checked App Store for updates. App is still locked up with warning pop up.
Lost Order
I lost an order today because when I opened the Reggora mobile app it said I didn’t have any orders to review. I was later informed by email that the period for acceptance expired, and the order was reassigned. This is one of the worst mobile apps I have ever used.

Great for appraisers
Helps me get orders and run my business out of office while on the road. Never miss new orders, it’s great!
